I absolutely love cookout but this is by far the worst cookout I've ever been to. The first time I went to this location I was told I couldn't be served, because all their workers had walked out. The second time I went to this location, I waited an over an hour in the drive thru just to get to the window and be told my order was placed incorrectly. This is by far the worst location. Hopefully something changes soon but take it from me, save your money and time. Avoid this location!!
The place is not clean. I don't recommend to go there.after waiting an hour and half, the waitress said 'my order not showing up'.I showed my receipt, and I asked to speak to the manager.A big man came, told him what happened he was rude, he didn't give me my order either the money .
I miss the $0.99 burger and not sure if the still have the 1 dollar milk shake. But food was great.
Cookout has amazing food!!! The hushpuppies are my favorite!! They have over 40 shake flavors as well! Their food is the best for takeout because it tastes just like outdoor cookout food!! The best place in sanford, NC!!! Check them out and you won't be disappointed!!!!!!
Although the line was long the food was delicious. There milkshakes are some of the best around.
Come on Cookout Yall can at least cook yalls burgers. I tried givin this place a chance on burgers plenty times always raw. DONT EAT BURGERS HERE. Wouldn't b surprised if someone gets sick.(where's the zero star button at ??)
Don't go late at night as the night shift usually gives up at midnight. Often they are out of food, or get your order wrong.
This place is great..they really should.open one in Michigan..
I had a tray 1/4 burger (it was soooo smalll) with chili fries and slaw...They forgot the slawAlso the cheeriewine float was okThe guy taking the order acts like he hates his job :/ 1st time here from Chicago and it's was just OK
It was late, it was the only possibility of food I would have had time to eat after driving almost three hours. Needless to say I didn't eat those dry, old, and cold nuggets or hush puppies, it took some doing to eat the soggy fries, but out of hunger I endured. This was the worst excuse for food I've experienced from cookout.. Yes, I'm disappointed.
