If you like a good chicken sandwich that is mouth watering and just like your cooked it your self this is one of the best places to get it clean restrooms friendly customer service that gets your order right the first time and gets your food prepared quickly so it's as fresh and prepared right to perfection this is one food place that you want to go to and one place that you're going to remember every time you have a craving for some good clean chicken sandwich I doesn't get much better than Chick-fil-A ??All Real Chicken and not no pieces and part's of additives True ? Real Chicken Cooked Fresh when ever you order it not prepared and setting under a heat lamp like some restaurants have been known to do stop by and give it a try you'll be glad you did .!!!! It's everything you would like for it to be done under one roof....... when it comes to chicken sandwiches that do chicken right ?

This location is always hit or miss. The staff is not always friendly (some are, most are not). The food is hit or miss as well. Cold fries are usually the culprit. Folks have serious issues of you ask them to fix it (curbside anyway). I usually have to call and let them know I'm not happy with the quality of the food which is Anayame with something like, "we just made those fresh"... apparently not if I'm saying they are cold sitting in the same parking spot you just delivered them to me at... like 2 min ago. The nuggets have been hard and tiny. Just not super impressed with this location or it's staff.

My wife and I used to really like this location. However, in the last few months or so it has not taken us anything less than 20 to 30 minutes to get our food for drive-thru. It’s the same if not longer if we decide to just go inside and pick it up ourselves. Furthermore every time we go through the drive-through you told me at the pull around and wait in a curbside slot and they never end up actually bringing out our food we have to go in and get it every single time. Like I said we used to love this location but it’s really gone downhill in the past couple months and honestly it’s said to see. At one point we were in the drive-through and there was a teenage girl that was very clearly overwhelmed and confused and not a single one of the managers she was asking for help was helping her. I felt so bad I almost snapped on the managers. Just sad

if i could give it 0 stars i would honestly. this place has gone downhill. I placed a curbside online order on the app for just 1 drink, thinking it was going to be ready by the time i arrived to the restaurant, mind you. i was on my break. i waited over 20 minutes. i got so irritated because everyone else was getting their food. I never knew it was taking 20 mins for ONE DRINK. so i had to get in drive thru to ask about my drink. like this is ridiculous. i honestly would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.. Drive somewhere else where customer service is actually good.

Have given this location way too many chances and continues to disappoint. Let’s start with their customer service being poor, un-friendly -and not engaging with their clientele. Auto service takes way too long, 16 minutes for a couple of shakes??? Give me a break. They always give you the excuse that they are backed up and yet they expedite food faster than drinks? Kinda dumb if you ask me. And it gets worse after waiting for 10 minutes in line they send you to their assigned parking spaces for you to continue to wait and risk the chance of being forgotten (it’s happened twice already) and you will be forced to get out of your car and walk inside the restaurant and ask for your food at the counter and than wait again so they can make it for you, are you serious???? This location is such a disappointment, the management needs to act now!!!

This is my husband sandwich that he got. We didn’t know until we got home. I called the store and left a message and of course no one called back. I went the next day and felt the manager on duty just blew me off. She offered a sandwich. Like why would want that after what I received. The quality has went down. I will not being going back for a long time.

Took my son and dad there today for lunch. Was greeted by Haley. She was fantastic. Could not have asked for better service or someone to be more attentive. She eject took time to talk with my son and made him feel special. Haley is definitely the prototype of person you want to work with. She has a bright smile and is very welcoming and got our order right even though me and dad were picking around during the order. Haley is a total professional. Thank you.

The worst chick fil a location that I have ever been. For there to be lines around the parking lot , food should NEVER be cold. Food/ nuggets are ALWAYS inconsistent. If you think this location has good food, this must be the only location you have ever ate at.

Love the Sanford location! They NEVER get my order wrong, the line moves quick and the conversations are fun! Great group each time I've come through, thanks for making me and my kids smile during the visits!

Kids wanted Chick-fil-A so, we stop by this in Sanford going back home. I order my kids 8 and 12 piece chicken nuggets, when we got the order the 12 pieces of nuggets were 9 Pieces. I told them about it and i was expecting the 3 pieces that i was missing but instead i got another box, I thought it was just the 3, I didn’t realized until the manager told the cashier to asked for the 9 pieces back just to throw them away. I didn’t wanted the extra nuggets! I thought they gave me the missing pieces but then i opened the new box to find 10 pieces??‍♀️ it wasn’t necessary to throw away the nuggets when they should of just given me the missing ones. One star for that because I think it wasn’t necessary to throw away the nuggets..Always count your nuggets!
