In a big work truck, unable to go thru the drive thru and the hours On the door state they are open till 11. Kid inside (not working or in a BK uniform) said to walk thru the drive thru so I did. Waited standing in line for 15 minutes behind other vehicles and when I got to the window he refused to take my order. Either keep the doors open or be willing to help when the dining room is closed for your convenience. Horrible staff, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
This is the Worst fast food place in all the USA. The employees have to be on drugs. Every time I come here; only because it’s close to work, there is an issue. Having to sit and wait to order, even when your the only one in line. Not sure if the headphones are off or if they are PURPOSELY ignoring customers so we can leave. After today and wasting almost half my lunch break waiting to order I will not be returning.Coropate needs to clean house and start over
I came here today for a interview that’s what I was called for I only applied for Porter position only and that’s what it said online that they were hiring for this position and clearly when I got there the lady clearly had my application in her hand saying Porter position but yet tryna tell me they already have someone for that and basically needed help for everything else well that ain’t my problem because that’s not what I applied for and second no wonder need help the place had bad comments and reviews and looks like her attitude is not what it’s suppose to be if u a hiring manager her energy not good at all like waste my time and gas when should of ask me over the phone was I interested in any other positions not just assume I be interested in another position by calling me to come there that’s out of pocket to me but oh well smh
Cold food, cold fries and no care customer service in front, Not good service since the old man Quinn owned any of them in Sanford. When you take whatever you have that you don't want or is cold, the attitude at the counter is sorry, I don't know whether it is company owned now or private, never has been better for years. Bad experience every time I have been there in the past years.
The chicken sandwich was arguably one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. The employees were rude for no reason, almost as if I was inconveniencing them to order food from there. They have been rude the past 3 times I've been there. I will never go back after this experience. To the owner out there of this store, its garbage and will be closed soon. If your reading the reviews looking for a reason to eat here, DONT. Its trash.
Every time I come here my food is cold and slapped together. Barely any mayo ketchup etc. on sandwiches; I NEVER get a full order of fries, its always half full.
I payed almost $8 for a burger on my way to work open it the parking lot at work the thing was almost cold and wasnt even what I payed for. Horrible service.
Honestly speaking, I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants, and the experience I had at this particular restaurant, reminded me of the reasons why. ( My wife wanted a burger) So I decided to grab a sandwich, I don't care for their imitation compressed hamburger ? meat, so I decided to get their new chicken sandwich (The big crispy something) that was a huge mistake. It was crispy alright, but it wasn't fully cooked, and the more I ate it, the less it tasted like chicken ( had a cold dry fried fish taste) I ate a lot less than half of it, and yes I know that I should have taken it back, and had my money returned, but I counted it as a lesson learned. Threw it in the woods behind my house ( the chicken and the stuff that was on it, only) not the paper. Don't just take my word, because that was my experience at a particular BK Restaurant. I'm sure all of them aren't like that. Some people take pride in preparing food for human consumption. They certainly don't.
I keep wanting this Burger King to be good because it is in a convenient location for me. This Burger King, however, keeps letting me down. Sometimes when I've been by it's been really good, other times the food isn't worthy to feed a dog. I'm tired of giving them chances. I am not going anymore.
terrible every time at both restaurants there ever since Mr Quinn the older Mr Quinn gave up and retired it has been lousy.
