Management is rude, they never allow you to sit on the patio, they don’t seem to care about upsetting customers and not wanting them to come back.
I order here often, food is very good, service at front desk is always friendly and my orders are always ready at the given time. My only problem is when ordering online very often almost nothing is available to order. I would say over half their menu can’t be ordered and I’ve called and they said they haven’t updated their site for inventory. So it’d be great if they could resolve that. I’d love to have more options to order.
The food was sub par like always. The bartender couldn’t keep up with 8 tops.. I have been sitting here for 20 minutes because she gave me another beer when I said I was good with what I had. Definitely will not be coming back here. I’ll take the 45 minute drive to go to the one in Fayetteville.. and that’s if I feel like getting sub par food again.
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to! They have the worst customer service! They have 4 girls standing at the register just talking. They had my order at the register but didn’t put it on the to go rack, and didn’t bring it to me until 10 minutes after it was sitting there! The food was cold, and my wings seem as if they were sitting out all day! I will not be back!! I deserve my money back for my wings, grilled nuggets, and chicken wrap! They were not fresh! Worst experience ever!
FIRST TIME EVER HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THIS PLACE AND MANAGER CAUSED THE ISSUE WITH GETTING AN ATTITUDE AND CALLING POLICE BECAUSE I WANTED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME UNDER COOKED CHICKEN WINGS AND TRYNA TELL ME HOW TO TALK WHEN IM GROWN. I DONT GO THERE MUCH BUT WHEN I DO I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM. AND THEN SHE GETS MAD CAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE FOOD NOT COOKED DID IT FOR ME. I WILL GO THE THE ONE IN FAYETTEVILLE NOW
Krystian is an incredible bartender. She is also reassuringly responsible by encouraging water and not allowing customers to over drink. The top shelf Long Island iced tea is genuinely the best I've ever had of my favorite cocktail. The boneless wings were the reason I came in. They were delicious. Entire visit was great. She even put the hockey game on tv in front of me so I could see it. I am so glad I came tonight.
Good food good service. Always have the games or fights on, only place in Sanford that stays open late! REMEMBER TO TIP YOUR SERVERS! DONT BE CHEAP!
Food was great, service was great. My only gripe,(and why I knocked off a star) was that it was 2.99 for sweet tea and other prices that were a little steep.
The bartender was amazing on 23Feb22. Great conversation. Overall experience was A++++++
