Delicious food and margaritas. We loved the atmosphere! The wait staff was efficient, polite, and very accommodating. We will definitely be back when we’re back in town.

Wonderful atmosphere and a very friendly staff but the food is the most amazing ?

One of my most surprisingly amazing experiences! Tucked inconspicuously next to a great clips in an unimpressive shopping center, this place is a true diamond the rough. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. The restaurant had opened 5 minutes prior to us arriving, we got the last available table. Expecting at least a 10 minute wait to have our server show up due to the number of new tables, we had our drink order in and drinks at the table in under 2 minutes. We took a little while to order as this was our first time there, but the server was patient and didn't rush us, explaining any questions we had with the food. We had a perfect view into the kitchen and saw 8 tickets in front of ours, which normally amounts to about a 30-45 minute wait for food. Less than 10 minutes had passed before the expiditer brought our order. During this wait, we were offered fresh tableside guacamole made to order. This place is on par with many 5 star restaurants I have been to. It will now be the only Mexican restaurant I suggest to people within the Triangle.

I do like the food and would rate 5 stars but lately it's not been a great experience. The last 2 times I have been in the restaurant the margaritas were not good (plenty of alcohol but tasted horrible) and service has been very slow. Then this weekend I ordered door dash. My dasher had both bags but the tortillas were missing from 2 of the 4 orders and we were only given 1 to 1.5 ounces of salsa in a half full condiment cup. 4 adult meals..... half an adult of salsa. The prices are going up to match inflation but quality of food and service are going down. Please do better!

Friends had told us about Aye! Toro so we were anxious to try it. I do have to say we lived in Texas for 22 years so we are quite picky and have only found a few restaurants here that do it all to our liking. Our server was great and very attentive. Starting with the chips; they were thick and hot but didn't have any salt or shakers on the table (we like thin chips). The salsa was ok but they did provide individual bowls. They have a large menu but my husband's favorite is a combination plate but they didn't have any. We ordered two small frozen margaritas but they didn't have much flavor (when we got the bill they were only $4 each). We both decided on enchiladas. I had the versa sauce and my husband had the red sauce. Mine was packed full of chicken but they weren't very flavorful and I only ate two of the three. They do give you a little salad with sour cream on it and also a ton of rice and beans that were both very good. Lastly, the place is large but very noisy.

Let me say that I usually have a decent experience at Aye! Toro, but I must say that after my recent encounter with them (afternoon of May. 13, 2020), I will never go back. I had my out of town guest for my wedding event meet us there. They never stated that the party was too large and that they could not handle the group. We were seated in the closed in area with an outside view. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and we were literally there for almost 2 and a half hours by the time everyone got their food!!! My guest even started clearing the tables and placing their own dishes at the bar. She mixed up the bills and we corrected her several times. Then she went around again and literally asked us who had what drink! Long story short, everyone paid their bill- another 20 minutes and as they drove off one by one, my husband waited for the last of the guest to pay their bill. The manager comes out and tells my husband that he is not leaving because one of us did not pay our bill- the audacity, seeming we sat with the waitress multiple times and told her who had what and even told her how many drinks we had! When my husband told me of the incident, I called to speak to the manager and he put another manager on the phone (a woman), who stated she was not there when we came, but was asked to get on the phone and speak to me. That manager (the woman) stated that she was told that the one of the people "RAN off" and did not pay their bill. I kindly told her that I was very much insulted and that if she questioned our honesty then she needed to watch the cameras in the restaurant and that next time someone should help the waitress instead of having other workers sit and watch her be overwhelmed!

Today was my first visit to Aye! Toro. I was highly impressed. The food was 100%. The service was stellar. My server, Giselle, came with recommendations that I followed and left there an extremely happy man. She was awesome. The food was awesome. The atmosphere was chill. I also noticed people working together...As a former restaurant manager myself, I notice everything. What I noticed is that I will be back to this establishment many, many times in the future. ?

Been here 6 times and never had a bad meal! Service is great and the food?……. ACP Texano!!! Amazing!!

My son ordered online & when we got there to pick up order his order he was told that a female came to pick it up & there was nothing they could do about it. When I went in to speak with the manager he explained the same thing to me. So when I told him I wasn't leaving until they fixed their problem he offered to fix the food again or refund the money. My son chose the refund but it never went back to the account. I went back to the restaurant & talked to a different manager and he just gave me the cash. I had a problem with my order the week before too. Obviously my business is not appreciated here so I will not be giving them anymore of it!

very good food and the service was great as well.
