If I can give it zero stars I would they handed my food to somebody else they didn’t have ice then she tells me if I wanna go ahead and cancel my whole order because they gave it to the person in front of me instead of making a fresh order they charge me twice she said that the first transaction was going to go back on my card but she couldn’t give me a receipt which I’ve done customer service and I know a receipt prints out so don’t go there
1/2 hour for 5 cars to get through drive thru.Order was wrong.
I still haven't had my replacement meal everytime I call no answer an GM HANG UP ON ME IN THE DAY TIME TELLING ME SHE CAN'T REPLACE MY FOOD THAT I GOT PICTURES OF SMH ... THE NIGHT MANAGER ARE KIND AND UNDERSTANDING ITS JUST CRAZY AND IM A REGULAR...AN EVEN BRING THE FOOD BACK JUST WISH THEY GET IT TOGETHER
Usually a good experience every time I go. Don't ever have no problems with Arbys
So 8pm mind you lady takes car in front of us order perfectly fine. We go to place our order they tell us no because they are closing early. Hope corporate sees how lazy your management is and has them fired too many times they close early for no good reasons
If this is what they call a fish sandwich made properly, your business will fail, absolutely no effort put in towards these at all. You really need to be better.
Food was hot and delicious. Service was nice and clean.
The workers were real nice and friendly you could actually understand the girl on the drive-thru speaker I forgot part of my food and had to come back but hey they were doing the best they could not give them four stars for it
Went there today and service was terrible inside front guy working the front with the pink looking dreads. He overcharged and when I said don't worry to him just make sure fries are fresh if thats ok.i never complain but he's attitude was awful and I believe on purpose he gave us cold fries. Around 130pm today Dec 12th 2021.
The meat was bunched up on one side and sauce was on the other side. We asked for an extra bag for a couple of sandwiches, didn't get it.
