I have given this restaurant several attempts in hopes the food will be better but idk what it is about this location but I am always disappointed. The only good part of the meal was the server she was supper nice and their mixed drink was food. The food however is just bad. Today everything was drenched in salt we had the cheese app that was decent but the main course was very hard to eat.
Where do I begin? I know we are coming out of the pandemic, but the service and food was unacceptable.Cleared my own table, the food came so late we didn't eat at the same time. The manager watched a this all transpired, and not once came by with an "everything ok? Anything I can do?" I think I was insulted.While I was writing the manager finally came by and took the two late bowls off our order.That calmed my anger...... a little bit. This is absurd. But I have an additional star for the effort.
Told the waitress when I ordered my food “no chicken on my quesadilla” when she brought my food to me I checked it and of coarse it had “meat” in it! Took my plate back, brought out a cheese quesadilla and it looked like it barely had any cheese on it, like a dusting on it! And you would think me asking for no meat to add some dang cheese to the thing!! Pathetic!!! And the manager acted like she didn’t really care! I told her I’m not paying for this take the food back and take it off my check and she did. It was no concern to her or the waitress like it was just another day, “Oh Well” I’ll never go back!And also inside needed help, place needs some attention inside
The food is good, but when you do curbside pick up and you have to go in to get it you know they don’t really care. When I first pulled in they looked out the door, with what turned out to be my order in her hand, I waited another 8 minutes and nothing. I went on and my order was right there waiting for me. Hot food would have been nice!!
The food at Applebee's is usually kinda good, The prices have always been high, portions are ok though. The service was ok kinda slow she was socializing instead of taking care of business. The food was good and hot, but it was average but still good, just a high price for what we got and so so service.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. My husband's chicken strips were so hard he couldn't eat them which is the only thing that saved him from getting food poisoning like I did. The service was really bad. When my husband told the waitress that his food was terrible she laughed and said I will go get your check. We just paid and left a note on the receipt as to why she didn't get a tip (we always tip) but this service didn't deserve a tip.
Our waitress Chloe was terrific. She was very nice, patient, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. We loved her and her service. Our food came out pretty fast and was good.
We both ordered classic cheeseburgers and 1 to go. Wish I could recall our servers name but he was very friendly and attentive. Our burgers were great too!
Four cheese Mac and lies. Mac and cheese had no cheese. Texture was just wet noodles with no flavor. Chicken tenders that came with it were seasoned nicely, but overcooked and dryer than your unfolded two weeks in a basket clothes. Gave two stars because everyone with me said their burgers were good, and my wife's ribs were nicely cooked and falling apart.
Loved my bartender, he was outstanding, gave him a big appreciative tip.
