They mess things up a lot, forget ranch with to-go salads, forget condiments, give you wrong drink, etc etc.They are fairly nice though.
The Salisbury, NC (Jake Alexander Blvd) location was so good, so fast, so friendly! Stopped by on my way home from Concord, NC. I was parched... so I got a Cajun grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal and a large Cherry Vanilla Coke. That sandwich was perfectly cooked and so delicious, I thought about going through the drive-thru again. And the fries were hot, fresh & also noteworthy! This is my favorite location now! Remember they have the machine that lets you make any combination of sodas available... It's awesome!
Service was great for fast food. Drive-thru was fast. Food fresh and hot.
Their food is usually great and attitudes are well managed and all around great experience. Customer service with issues was under par this time. Got a meal and ordered mushrooms with it. Charged for the mushrooms but didn't get them. I'm not the kind of person to lie about something like this cause it'd be a waste of everyone's time. I brought it to the manager and was told unless I have proof I didn't get them, there's nothing they can do.To conclude: The customer is NOT always right... we charged you and you didn't get what you wanted? That sucks..HIGHLY disappointed with Zaxbys right now.

Most everyone got what they wanted. We ordered drive-thru and the salad was not right. I wanted to South Western salad, all the things that make it a South Western were so skimped on as to not even be there. I didn't get any salad dressing ? and can only tell you I liked the chicken.
I can tell when Im at a good zaxbys when i come into the lot.
I went at 4:45, it wasn't busy at all..I wish I would have taken a picture. they have been ripping me off on the wings terribly lately. This time, I was ordering 5 boneless wings for my son and the 4 boneless wings I received were the size of a quarter, it looked like just fried chicken skin in BBQ sauce. I went right inside for a refund. Enough is enough, I get there is a wing shortage but your prices are way too expensive to be ripping people off!
