This Wendy's got our order RIGHT. I gave 4 stars because the dining room was closed. But, they replied that they had to close it because they did not have enough afternoon workers. We needed to "use the facilities" and they let us in. Very friendly and trying to be helpful. The food was fresh and tasty. I'd go back. They were doing a good job under difficult circumstances.
Always great food. But this place really needs help. Wait times are ridiculous
Four stars because I can tell the staff there is trying their best. Short staffed, technical issues, etc. yet they still remain pretty clam and nice. Wendy’s needs to do better and help them out… wait time in drive through is very, very slow so be prepared to wait a while. Food is always good though
The only time I've ever been as annoyed at any business in my entire life was the only other time I went to this Wendys location. It's actually shocking how bad they are. Highly recommend going to the other Wendys in Salisbury if you don't want high blood pressure along with your frosty!
Miss Teresa was very helpful and kind enough to fix a previous order that had been messed up, she was a blessing! Thank you so so much. Highly recommend Wendy’s on innes street when Teresa is working
I had Wendy’s for lunch today and I ordered a $5 Biggie bag and I was really looking forward to some spicy nuggets but instead I got salty French fries and a extra bacon burger. I wasn’t totally disappointed because I got a double deluxe burger which I don’t think is a Part of the meal. They were busy so I understand … better luck next time.
super ghetto staff. worked there last year. the environment is lowkey hostile but in a subtle way. they never use gloves, chicken nuggets sit for hours, super gross, sticky tea spills all over the drive through area. i was the first to wipe it all down in what looked like months. opening staff is a lot better than the closers because its more adults rather than school kids but even they treated me like i was ignorant.
Worst Wendy's in the Area . Staff are rude . Drive thru is very slow as well . I tried placing a order and wanted to substitute my regular fries for baconator fries with my meal and the lady on the speaker was very rude sayin "No you can not" I didnt give her any attitutde back I kindly said well other locations allow me to do that and i Just pay extra . She says "No uh uh not here!" I told her to cancel the order and that She needed to fix her attitude before pulling off . I wish I could give 0 stars .The Location on Jake Alexander is 100X better with great friendly staff and faster service .
The service is slow. When you look into the window of the drive through there’s food on the floor. The employees are just joking around and working at a a slow pace.You would think the extra time spent making customers wait would mean that my meal would look pristine but it’s quite the opposite, my sandwich looks crushed.I only ordered here because they had a “carry out” option but the employee that was standing at the door way for the main lobby, with her apron on and smoking advised me I still need to wait in the drive thru line that wraps around the building.I always say salisbury needs more businesses and restaurants but this one either needs to shut down or fire every single employee and start from scratch !
Line is slow, but I think they're doing what they can. Food is decent. It's not wow... But it's not bad either.
