4 ppl working and only 3 tables open. Was told could only do a to go order even though 2 tables were empty. Then got wrong food. The 2 cooks were awesome and the food was good
Really only wanted a waffle at 7pm on a Thursday afternoon. 3 tables sat and the rest of the restaurant closed off, understandably. Walked in and waited standing for 20 minutes not once were we addressed. The blond short girl at the counter with piercings, don’t know her name just talking non-stop (very inappropriate things) to an audience of customers that already had gotten up. The table where they were sitting at was left dirty while we continued to wait and she continued with her speech. The other worker was new so he didn’t know any better I am assuming. As we politely (without saying anything) left, we heard her say “I’m not even gonna go after them ahahaha.” Which to be clear we didn’t expect her to but it was insulting to hear that. She was also being quite rude and inappropriate to the newer male worker that was with her.
Food is good, but they frequently force take-home only, plus charge an extra 10% for take out, than charge extra for paying with card.
Celebrating 5 years of going to this amazing Waffle House! One of the few that still are 24 hours!! A true breakfast diner experience. Smiley is awesome and always goes above and beyond to make fresh decaf coffee for me. The scrambled eggs and hash browns and bacon are always delicious. This location has been remodeled and is well taken care of. I always enjoy the food and service! A great location right off the highway and a beautiful view at sunset. Highly recommend for fast and friendly service.
Pretty tasty and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable! The food was really good as well and my children ate every bite which is rare. We will definitely come back one day when we are in town again. The prices are great and you really can't beat them. Great food and prices and the staff were really nice! It was an overall good experience.
The staff treated you like customers were Imposition. The more customers that came into the restaurant the more Tables they were closing ! The staff was Very Rude and Non-Welcoming!! I’ve been to other Waffle House all over the country and I have Never had such Piss Poor service like I did today !!
To go orders only.. Go in order food.. One lady taking orders and one cook... Im the only customer in restaurant so how I get home & my order messed up?? ? ordered large bacon only got regular order.. Hash browns pose to be smothered covered chucked and capped but were actually plain and covered... Horrible horrible horrible
The waffle house serve good food they just need to wear a net on their head while cooking an gloves also.
Jake Ellis in Salisbury NC declined any service to two sheriff officers who came in, I’m sure the entire staff can’t be this stupid so can’t bash the whole operation, but def won’t be seeing myself or anybody I know going there ever again!!!!!!
