I have been to this location several times and it always seems like half of the options are out of order. Went for mothers day and most flavors were not working then not lids for LG cups, no small bowls, and only flat lids for medium. Tables were all dirty and trash cans were over flowing. Owners should take a look around before their business starts to fall off. Flavors that were operational were good. Got a reply back of course excuse was supply chain issues but nothing about the dirty tables or over flowing trashcans. Oh wait thats short staffed right? Good service has nothing to do with supply issues but yet that seems to have gotten lost on a lot of places now. If you can't hire good help, owners work yourself or be seen more at your place of business to keep staff on their toes, not on their phones!!!

Love sweet frog product and flavors. Visited Salisbury store on 1/30/22. Only one person working. Tables were clean. Floor was wet from mopping with no caution wet signs up. Female associate with dark hair and glasses was not that friendly, maybe because she was by herself and having to do it all.

They were almost completely out of everything good.. out of cotton candy, cookies and cream and cheesecake flavor. Complete waste of gas.
We walked in to 3 girls behind the counter in there cell phones. There was toppings all over the floor in front of the topping bar. The yogurt pulls were dirty. The tables tables chairs were dirty. Would never go again. So unsanitary and while the girls said Hi! When we walked in, that was all we got. They stayed on their phones the whole time.

Great selection of frozen yogurt. Very clean location and the staff here was very friendly.
