Store is run by Hoagies Inc out of Charlotte. No contact info is available. The corporate office won't respond to complaints for this location it seems. The store closes early and then won't refund your money for online orders. Team members tell you they don't know the managers name...or contact information. They are very rude and hang up on you. No one ever calls you back. I'm still waiting for a refund from 2-20. Having to get bank involved.
Caitlyn is racist has a nasty attitude. I politely told her to change her gloves and she was mumbling under her breath while waiting to toast my bread.
Awesome people working here. Polite! Had a catering order to place and received the up most care and respect from a nice young lady manager. The workers were happy, smiling and having great interactions with each other and the other customers. Was pleased to be in that atmosphere!
Mallory made our sandwiches they were so delicious and she was so friendly. Will go to this store again

Well we have always whlent to the Subway on Jack Alexander. Stopped going because they stopped serving the Subway Club. Now they brought it back. But the problem we had was the workers. They would not fill anything back up. A couple of costumers walked out. One worker you couldn't hear him talk. He talked really soft. Also we left at about 5:50 pm and the guy locked the door behind us. They close at 7 pm anyway. All I know uf we go back and we see those 2 workers we will walk out. Very very disappointed with the workers

Placed an order online, made the payment and when I showed up the place was “closed “. I have been calling since to at least get my money back but no one seems to answer … I get it things are crazy with COVID but I would at least like my money back.
Went into Subway today and I don't appreciate the way my sandwich was made, sloppy. I asked for light mustard & mayo and my sandwich was drowned in it. Couldn't eat the sandwich it was so sour.
Unprofessional, rude, food is bad. Won't be coming back and you shouldn't waste your time here...
