Fast, friendly, and my absolutely favorite drinks are white chocolate mocha with 2 pumps of peppermint, and the dragon fly lemonade!!!!
Will not come back to this location. Got my order wrong. I come here because Dunkin’ tastes different everytime but you’re not worth the money and don’t taste right either when I pay extra money for things I don’t even get ridiculous.
Service was pretty bad. I ordered pike and waited 20min to get it (I had to tell them). Pikes are already made so as soon as they received a payment from customer they can grab a cup and pour the coffee. This is simple order. I just don't understand why some people just dont care about what they do. This is bad customer service.
Terrible service. I ordered, pulled up and they had the wrong order ready. I told them what I ordered and she said it wasn't in the que. She then told another worker the issue and all the workers were arguing over the cause. When I did get my 2 Vanilla sweet cream cold brews, they were wrong. I guess iced vanilla lattes are the same in someones mind! At least the ice was cold
I am a fellow partner of the Starbucks company. My experience at this Starbucks was less than stellar. Not because of the quality of their drinks, the drink I ordered was fine. However, the efficiency and cleanliness of the story is something to be questioned. I was watching the employee work, and while I'm sure they were doing the best they could they were not following Starbucks standards. Typically when making a drink you are supposed to steam the milk to the shots and then pump the syrup. You are also supposed to have two drinks being worked on at a time per station. Only one drink was being worked on at a time which cause people getting their drinks to take longer than it should have. None of the instructions were followed. I am not a shift lead or a manager, but I am still a partner and I still know the values that we at Starbucks try to uphold. When I went to use the restroom, there was no toilet paper and the trash cans were full to the point that they were flowing out of the lids. I normally don't leave reviews, but I was truly disappointed that a fellow Starbucks store would let itself be run in such a state.
OMG!!! A TRUE SIGN THAT THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR HUMANITY!! I HAVE BEEN BROKE DOWN JUST OFF INTERSTATE 85 FOR 3 DAYS. my part comes in on the coldest and most windy day of the year the manager Gabe of the Starbucks was nice enough to offer me a hot cup of coffee and wanted nothing in return.If this is how Starbucks trains all of their managers there is hope for this world My hat's off to this company and of course to Gabe!!!
Did I drive all the way from High Point to stop here… absolutely. Well I deliver for Amazon in this area but I will always go out of my way to stop here. By far my favorite Starbucks!
No mobile ordering. Drive thru line a million cars long and once you are in the line you are stuck. Stuck probably 1 HOUR trying to get through the line. At least the drink was made correctly and was good.
Inside area was closed, so we had to use drive thru only and could not use restroom. Waited too long in line(around 15 minutes) before we were even able to place our order. We were traveling for Christmas so this was most annoying since we now had to make a second stop to use restroom. Employees were friendly and drink and food items were ok. But the coffee cup did not have the lid on properly and of course it spilled all over pants and car. Worst Starbucks experience in years.
Placed a mobile order ten minutes before I got there, waited at least twenty minutes in the store, then left because I couldn't waste anymore time waiting for a coffee. There was a gentleman in there that got there before me that was still waiting as well. I'm sure they're short staffed so maybe Starbucks (whose CEO made just shy of 1.6 million in 2020) should take better care of their staff so they can actually hire and keep an appropriate number of people working in the store.
