they clearly have very petty workers. I understand my drink order is a bit much, but it’s how I’m able to continue to support this company on a restricted diet. I’ve never received a drink with so much ice in it, and I even ordered it with light ice. It was extra heavy because of all the ice. Really ruined my night all over them being rude for no reason. Just quit your job if you’re going to give a bad product.the lines on my picture indicate how much ice was in my drink. $6 for 3/4 of a venti cup of ice. we are on a trip, crunched for time and didn’t have time to say something.
The reason I'm giving this store a 2 star is because they constantly messed up my mobile orders. They made my carmel ribbon crunch creme base with coffee instead of creme. Which I hate coffee. The second time they made it they forgot to add the crunch topping to it. I was a little disappointed because this Starbucks used to be my favorite one to go to.
This location regularly has many basic items that are not actually sold out marked as sold out on the mobile app, like all of their regular brewed coffee options.... so we have to waste time going in to order even though they actually do have the item in stock.
Great stop along the way to recharge. Easy to get to from the highway, and had a clean restroom. They were out of pumpkin bread so the lemon cake/bread was a super alteranative.
Very slow I went this morning and my drink was done I was just sitting watching her take several orders at the window instead of ringing up my order. She glances at me and decides to go to the back. I literally had to drive up more as if I was going to just leave it instead for her to finally ring me up. She was very sweet but just doesn’t know how multitask.
Had to come here to work after Internet went down all day couple weeks ago. Good atmosphere, nice staff. Plenty of seating options if you have a laptop. Only con is very few charging places. I only found one outlet. Coffee is good though! If you need to work here plan ahead and bring headphones, the constant music really drained me when I was trying to concentrate on work.
The wait times were crazy high, had people waiting there for 30min/45min for online orders, not even orders placed within the bar. The staff although some seemed to know what to do others didn’t , the manager was just standing around in the back doing absolutely nothing just staring out along with doing unnecessary tasks such as moving items in the same place that they already were. I use to think this place was the best out of all Salisbury, now it seems as they’ve hit a low maybe Managment? I guess I will have to try the one in Inness and hopefully experience better service.
The friendly staff made this quick drop in for a “on the road” pick-me-up a very present experience. They even provided a tasty treat for our pup. Thanks for the caffeinated drinks and your warm personalities.
Great coffees love the place. 5⭐s from me. And I've seen the videos I know y'all have... how some ppl are being mean to the cashiers...People please don't ack like that .. they are just working to pay there bills just like everyone else.. just be kind!
I visit starbucks unfortunately every single day. Even out of town. I am addicted. Ask my husband. This Starbucks is terrible. I order on the app 20 minutes before arrival and either the inside is closed so I have to wait in the hour long drive through or the drive through is wrapped out to the road. By then, my coffee is not fresh. This is the only one in the area that still seems to have such a problem being open normally on all platforms of ordering. It’s random as well. Very disappointing.
