Last Wednesday we went to pick up a large 3 topping pizza. The hamburger was mostly on one side. There were about 3 pieces of onion. The mushrooms ordered on one side were there.The mushrooms were chewy and I wondered about them. I spent most of the next day in the bathroom. I ended up throwing out the left overs.My name is wrong (Regina) there and I always say that is NOT my name. No one ever changes it so when I go there I become Regina.I was so disappointed that I probably will not go back.
Received someone else's order instead of ours again. Ordered two pizzas and one was absolutely the wrong one.
Use to get all bread sticks with box. Now they say you can't do that. Why it's the same bread instead of cinnamon. Won't order from them no more.
Bought three large pizzas online and went to pick them up… First time ordering from this location… These were THE WORST pizzas I’ve ever gotten from any Pizza Hut… Very skimpy amount of toppings on 5 slices of each 8 slice pizza… All three pizzas were equally bad… Original pan pizza crust was under cooked on all three… Had to buy three substitute pizzas from a different pizza restaurant to feed my family… In store staff was terrible! Walked up from parking lot to two employees hanging out, talking, blocking the walkway just outside the front door… Inside employee walking around with pants falling down, low on his hips, with his red underwear showing… Cashier left register station and went to help box other pizzas without washing his hands first… Didn’t address me before boxing other pizzas, although my order was sitting in the warmers… If I had not already paid for pizzas online, and driven so far, I would’ve walked out on this place… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE at the THE WORST PIZZA HUT I’ve ever visited in forty years… Will NEVER GO BACK to this location…
Waited over 45 minutes and the pizza never came. Called and they said the pizza was for a carryout. Didn't provide empathy and simply cancelled the order. Unprofessional way to do business!
Ordered at 4:48. Restaurant confirmation said it would be delivered at 5:15. I called several times and got hung up on. Finally got someone and he was rude. I asked for the manager several times to figure out why my order was changed by the store from delivery to carry out and no one even called me. He refused to let me speck to the manager and hung up.
Called in for a pickup 45m later it still wasn't ready no apologies or anything while placing the order i could barely understand the lady the others just stood back in back like they are in a daze . we haven't had pizza hut in a very long time & i guess want again til they get their stuff together b
They advertise fresh pizza fast. I ordered my pizza at 6:20 it’s not scheduled to arrive until 7:50. I order from Pizza Hut less and less frequently. It always takes forever to get the food delivered. It’s not fresh pizza fast it’s still cold pizza slowly I don’t know anybody that wants their pizza driving around town for an hour before they get it.
Wait time was way too long for delivery. Food was not hot. Flavor was not there either. Very poor service.
I absolutely love Pizza Hut, yet I was highly disappointed with this encounter ? The pizza was dry and the appearance was awful. I know it was close to closing time but I am still a paying customer.
