We ordered a extra cheese pizza for kids to eat and we went through DoorDash. We got completely different pizzas not one was what we ordered. We call and they told us nothing we can do about it so $40 something dollars for wrong food. DoorDash offered us a $5.33 credit.In no way shape or forum did Papa John’s try to help. I had to order another order at $27.65. They’re a joke, they blame DoorDash when DoorDash sent them the exact things we ordered. Save your time, patience and money before you mess with this place.
I live 2.7 miles from them and they say they can’t deliver! Their manager Alexis is the rudest manager I have ever met and I work in the food industry and am a manager myself! I hate Karens but today I will be one because this is ridiculous! I have never had anyone speak to me the way this woman did! Just horrible as hell!
First they called and didn't have a driver to deliver after the order was placed (had à 2 hr deliver tome) so I went to go pickup (for someone else) two employées were getting off as I entered carrying out large portions of food. The young women at the counter finished conversating with her co workers and then on the phone! Before addressing me. She kept my change! And had balled up my reciept before asking if i wanted it!then lied when I went back about my change.
I told the guy all I wanted was a med two topping and he spent the next 5 mins offering the upsale. For the record when someone says all I want is, that's not the person you offer the menu to. I hung up and went somewhere else

The pizza in the box does not match what I ordered. I tried the pizza anyways and it is disgusting.
The food is always good and hot and reasonably priced considering there're on the other side of town
I should have listened to the reviews. The dough was raw, pizza was 25 minutes late and cold. I don't recomend anyone eating at Salisbury papa John's. Honestly a frozen pizza is better. And I would have saved money
Pizza was 1 hour late, cold and burnt, I had to call to find out what was going on. They said they had no driver. Was told I could get 50 percent off next order. Not good, not happy and will not recommend!!!!!
The folks there were just kind of there, no real enthusiasm....Large chain pizza, churn and burn...you get what you get. I like the local Mom and Pop place better. I don't know why I keep thinking it'll be better the next time I go.
