Absolutely rude customer service. Had an order delivered and my fries were ice cold. Called to tell them and they hung up
They always forget something on my order however when it's right the food is amazing
I had a order for delivery that took about two hours to be delivered by the slow delivery driver. Then on top of that the delivery driver gave my french fries to someone else. The manager did not make it right and I should have been refunded my money on the fries. I would suggest you don't do business at this greasy dive.
They got our order wrong and said call back any time and they will make it right. Called today and they told us they already made it right but we haven’t ordered anything since the messed up our last order. Will not eat there again!
Poor service and quality, they have a hard time taking directions obviously because I’ve been there multiple times and they’ve had my order wrong multiple times…..will not be back and would not recommend this place….
Had the lobster ravioli & spaghetti with meatballsOmg why serve frozen if its not freshI don’t want it!It looked like big glob of white mush. The meatballs were cold inside and were water logged the spaghetti sauce was pizza sauce!I would like my $$ back
We order out from Naples quite often. The honey wings are my absolute favorite. The pizza is good while it's hot. Our delivery is always fast and friendly. When I am hungry , and looking for affordable delivery with minimal wait, Naples is definitely my go- to spot.

It was very good food, service was fast and fresh. Overall was a really good experience. The owner is Kimberly and her husband and they were really sweet. Didn't have to wait for a seat at all.and wasn't crowded which at first made us scared but was amazing service and food regardless and just meant less of a wait.
They have THE BEST NY STYLE PIZZA in town by far. They even sell them by the slice, which by the way are HUGE.
