20 minute wait for coffee, nuggets and 1 sandwich. Back seemed to be filled with workers, finally I asked about my order and they asked have I received any of it in which I had not. And she turns around just to grab it off counter, so it'd probably been just sitting there while they work around on other orders. I'm sure it was just a mistake and all. This particular location just needs to be more organized and less singing. With that being said, happy birthday Jennifer one of the employees.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns to go. After getting into my car, I discovered a sandwich missing. Which is not really a big deal, it's fast good and it happens all the time. I went inside to get a replacement and the employee grabbed a sandwich from the warmer that didn't seem to be wrapped quite right. I should have inspected it in the store but I didn't. In the car I noticed a burned edge and possibly bite taken out of it. I'll never be back

Went throught the drive thru approximately around 235pm. The lady yelled on the intercom that I either bees to come inside or it's going to be a wait, the vehicle in front of me just ordered 50 quarter pounders.I thought that maybe they would have had the vehicle pull forward, and they would of brought them out instead of stopping the drive thru completely.Then once we finally made it to the SECOND WINDOW, SHE YELLED, 1st window closed, they said no more chocolate milk shakes but here is vanilla and the chocolate will not come out. It was a mess in there, definitely need help. Employees were frustrated which gives off a negative impact to customers.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Food was not very tasty. Had eggs and sausage. Eggs looked like they had sat around for a while. Manager I think was doing his best to get the orders out but other employees up front were not.

The food was fine but it was a very lengthy process just to get a few burgers. It took a while just to get someone to take our order. All the orders were being called out in random order. There were several people complaining. It's usually not this bad.

This place sucked. The staff was unfriendly and lacked efficiency and courtesy. My order was simple. A Caramel Frappe. After waiting 15 minutes, I said "excuse me" to 1 of the staff members and she rolled her eyes at me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable!I explained I had ordered a drink 15 minutes ago and asked if she could tell me how much longer it would be. She never answered, made the drink and literally slid it across the counter.These people at this locatiom should learn some customer service skills.

The food was hot and fresh! My husband and I both enjoyed our meal very much. There is a truck stop and another chicken place all in the same building. The whole place was clean and the staff was friendly.

I picked up dinner for my family and I asked the man that toke my order to make it all fresh because there was an lady in front of me that was upset that her food was cold and no good. I live 5 min from your location the 40 peace nuggets were cold and rock hard the tea was sour the chicken sandwich was cold and hard and the nuggets was bigger than my chicken sandwich I called and called but no answer then drove up there and yal were classes so I had to go buy my family dinner agin I eat out 3 times an day and this was the worst food I've ever been sold the food was so bad my dogs wouldn't even touch it Ani I never been done this way as bad as it was I can't beleave yal selling g food that unfit for humon consumption

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERI placed my mobile order and politely asked bbq sauce Ms manger ”trecha” rudely said there was some in the bag already when I told her there’s wasn’t any in bag she began to raise her voice at me and tell me it’s “ 32 cents each “ which I really didn’t even care if she was gonna charge me for them because I wanted some anyways but don’t lie and tell me there’s some in my bag and when I ask for some sauce no need for the huffin and puffing and getting rude with me (CUSTOMER) . Me working also as a McDonald’s manager I know that’s not how you treat customers . She is poorly trained.I will also be bringing this up to my district manager .
