Desperation highway stop leads to disappointment. Not a surprise for this chain, as quality control is not job one (or even top ten). Rancid frying oil at too low temperature led to over saturation of fried chicken sandwiches and fries. Horrid taste lingers, sort of like the darkness in your soul from even deigning to eat at this establishment in the first place. But this was salt in the wound, or in this case, bad oil.
Good food. Just need to work on speed. Drive thru is to slow.
Went to get breakfast this morning. I waited in drive thru line for almost 10 mins and watched people who had just pulled up get their order took before anyone speaking to me. I finally start to order just to be told to hold and then car next to me is asked to order. Next thing I know I'm asked to place my order. Really??? I told them I had started to order and was told to wait a minute. I do believe that this is the worst customer service I have ever had. It's like people don't care anymore about their customers. It's just sad. Oh, and by the way I work in customer service and would never ignore a customer for any reason. I decided to just take my money somewhere else. At least they were friendly and willing to do their jobs. Don't think my family or myself will ever be back here. I've had nothing but problems for this location.
Same outside, but inside, newly remodeled! It's so shiny and pretty. Everyone is in the drive-thru right now though. I like the stool area. They have a separate pickup for doordashers. An enclosed project room. And a 3rd drive-thru window is installed up front, cool.
We had to use the drive thru because the dining area wasn't open. The line was long but it moved pretty fast. My order was correct & it was hot so no complaints here!
Very slow didn't resound to us customers standing there waiting to order rather use us those order here machines that weren't giving us our receipt therefore they had to guess at who food was who by calling it out. I picked pay at counter for my order they didn't even ask for the money just what did I order I told the manager and he just gave it to me. Their drink machine was out of order and they were out of sweet tea as well yet was ver busy in the drive thru. So worth it if v you got the patience as I didn't mind
They always know my order before I order it. And greet me by name. Good is always delicious and ?. Love Teresa and Fred, and Martha. Five stars??
In and out in a timely manner , some workers have attitude problems that should be adjusted but besides that everything was fine but always check your bag for your sauce
The homeless people outside were friendlier and more helpful than the rude employees.
Worst fast food I've ever tasted. Usually I can handle McDonald's but the night I tried this one last weekend I almost lost my dinner it was so awful.
