I have bragged to all my friends about how good marcos is and now i feel like a fool. I Ordered pizza from this location last time and it had barely any sauce,(despite ordering extra sauce), close to no cheese and was cold, not at all the quality that any other Marcos locations give. And when I spoke to the manager named Brandon about the issue, he said he would put a free pizza on my account. Well I just called, and the person I spoke with acted like he didn't know what i was talking about and that Brandon wasn't there that I have to call back when he is there, like it's my job to keep up with his schedule. If that's how they treat paying customers they should be ashamed of themselves.

Soo staying at a hotel they have a special posted. I called to place order and was told by them that special was not available and not in their system. I asked about other specials and he kept saying specials that wer 20+ dollars or more. I will not be ordering from a place that false advertising ever..
Greasy, sloppy... the quality of product and service has immensely diminished. When the store first opened I even used to order for my students in the classroom and the comparison between the quality of that and now is incredibly and sadly deficient. The pizza was greasy I asked for extra cheese and a sprinkled Parmesan for whatever reason that may be. Order was not even online the supervisor took it because the online website does not honor the discount.
My two boys have loved Marco’s pizza ever since it arrived in Salisbury — their favorite part is the crust toppers that enhance the crust flavor. Recently, however, the crust toppers are no longer being sprinkled on the crust but on the pizza itself. Which kinda defeats the purpose. It has consistently been this way now for about 6 months? The crust is pretty plain/flavorless without them, and when I have asked for more to be added it is still being added to the pizza. Not the crust. Can this be fixed? ??♀️

Good pizza. I don't eat pizza cold so it has to be even better hot. I thank Lowes for my pizza getting cold after waiting 15min inside to checkout. I will visit again and do an inside inspection of cleaners, customer service and employee ratings.
The Marco's in Salisbury is fantastic. They deliver hot freshly made to order food in a timely manner. The delivery personnel are friendly and professional. If I have a problem ordering on line the site staff are quick and eager to help.I would recommend this Marco's to anyone!
Their delivery driver was speeding, ran up behind me in a smaller silver car with his high beams on, passed me, then went on to do the same to other vehicles. When I called the store to let the manager know, he hung up one me!! I will spread this terrible business practice to everyone I know.
