Quality of Food was very good. Service was a little different story.Was seated by the Mgr. then waited right at 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. The lady must have had a bad day or something was on her mind. She seemed to be struggling with focusing on her job.Anyway, I still tipped her 20% instead of 30 - 35% for good service
Server was very friendly. Steak was okay. All the steaks seemed cooked the same (medium rare). We didn't order medium rare. Steak was over-seasoned with pepper. The rest of the food was good. Spent about $150 for a party of 4, meals and salads, beverages, 2 appetizers and wine. Nice atmosphere. We would definitely go again to give it another try

But our server, (not the food runner), immediately saw the error & it was corrected immediately with grace.Mistakes happen but being handled well makes the difference.Professionalism is appreciated.Awesome grilled items. Wonderful food great atmosphere very clean and the wait staff where awesome! Who ever is cooking the food is very good at what he/she does! It was delicious!
One of our favorite places for date night.The firecracker chicken wraps are an amazing appetizer. I’ve come here just for that before. Definitely give it a try.
Dropped in for an early dinner with 4 family members and ALL of us were impressed with the food & service. Everything was great. Served quickly and courteously.
Steak was over cooked severely and it was disapointing for the price. My wife and daughter ordered burgers with bacon as well as mac n cheese with bacon. They brought out everything without bacon and didnt tell us they had none left until we asked.... I was still charged for the bacon which just made things worse. Burgers overcooked as well...
Waitress was very efficient and attentive, also helpful with my friend's order ( changes and add ons to lunch special). I had steak sandwich, prepared medium as suggested on the menu,it was good- a few more onions and cheese that was supposed to come with it would've been better. Side salad, typical iceberg lettuce mix,just ok. My two friends seemed to enjoy their cheeseburger and salad with grilled salmon. Drink refills were plentiful.
One of our best restaurants, always great especially during this pandemic..so many food places have less or lower quality. Still great worth going out for.
Longhorn has a very laid-back relaxed atmosphere that is really conducive to eating. Our server Alyssa, although she was new, was great. We ate at the longhorn in Salisbury North carolina. We each had the sirloin, and it was tender juicy and delicious. I would definitely go back to this restaurant again
