I placed an order here online. It was for a Batman Calzony and Stuffed Cheesy Bread. I Never received an email, so I went inside after waiting 30 minutes. Place was dirty and unorganized. After receiving my order, it was wrong! The “stuffed cheesy bread” was just crazy bread. I asked if this was correct, in which the employee said yea. It’s run down and they lie to your face. This is the worst Little Cesar’s around.
I bought an ultimate Supreme a Pepperoni and a cheese Pizza 2 orders of garlic parm wings $40 and change. I was the only person in the building for about 10 minutes. The young lady told me it would be 10-15 minutes. It took 39 minutes. Other people came in and placed orders. Call in orders came in and picked up their food understandably. But, one of the guys that placed an order 3 people behind me, got an ultimate Supreme and a pepperoni pizza and walk out with his order before me. We are not the same color , he and the young man are the same color. The young man gave him fresh hot pizza while mine was sitting on the counter and I was told it was because my cheese pizza had just come up. No, not good enough for me. If he was waiting for my cheese pizza which is the simplest to make, why didn't he serve the white man the ones that were already ready?This is a horrible thing to experience. There were other white men inside who agreed with me! It was dirty and it was wrong.I will never give my money to a company that would do this to anyone, ever again.I think it was a race move. I spent well over what that man spent and left with cold pizza because a white man seemed more important than me.
So ghetto. They are rude. You ask them a question and they don't answer you. The black crazy looking he/she got an attitude and cursed at a customer because it sho wasn't me otherwise we could have went outside with it. They also messed up my order after I ordered it. It takes simple communication to say sorry we messed up the pizza we remaking it.The pizza should have been for free! I wasn't even mad about the wait, it was just unprofessional!
Wow it was really great because we were the only order they had and it only took them 10 minutes to make my pizza fresh
I ordered 3 piazza from West End Mall's little Caesars. One sausage one cheese one pepperoni. The one with sausage only had half the piazza had sausage. I didn't notice it until I was putting it away. I ordered that one for my sister who is not familiar with your brand (not a good impression). I told her y'all were good...You made me look bad ?

Every single time I go SOMETHING is wrong. Orders delivered wrong. Missing items. Then tonight... Who wants to wait 30 plus minutes for a pizza that's supposed to be ready and available between 4pm and 8pm? Especially when i called when leaving the dollar tree in the same parking lot to confirm they had some. Then to finally get them and they give me the wrong food and never make anything right unless I inconvenience myself even more. Ridiculous. This place is a disaster and a half and I don't know what is going on in house for this constant display of "mistakes" but the last 6 months have been enough to make me never want to walk into a little caesars ever again!!!
They forgot two of my cookie dough brownies that I was supposed to get and it was on my order and they didn't get it and they didn't answer the phones when I called them to let them know and I called them eight times
I love to order from them but they always make mine incorrectly I don't like marinera sauce cause of my heartburn and I always choose no sauce and when I get it it has sauce.
HOW IS IT GOING TO BE ALMOST A 2 HR WAIT ON A PIZZA?? PLENTY OF PEOPLE IN THERE STANDING AROUND INSTEAD OF WORKING SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP
