The bucket of chicken i ordered had 3 chicken legs missing, some of the chicken was raw and the chicken had no seasoning or flavor, all you could tastes was flour, it was the worse KFC I ever tried. They need to watch their cooks, management was nice and said they would replace the chicken but after the taste of the bucket of chicken I would not want more chicken at salisbury nc KFC, i wouldn't give 1 cents for their chicken, they need to hire experienced cooks. I am a good cook and know what is missing in chicken, and it was the worse chicken I ever tried
We actually went to another resturant first but it was closed so we stopped at this KFC for something to take home. The place looked new inside and out. It was clean as a whistle and everyone seemed friendly at the counter. We ordered two chicken tender meals with fries and coleslaw. By the time we got our drinks the meals were ready and we headed out. I must say that was good chicken. Tender and juicy with that great KFC breading. The fries and coleslaw, everything was good. For fast food it beats most burger joints by a mile. Plus it was more than enough to eat.
It is what it is... the KFC ? I used to know is no more. Yet, I got what is standard for today... average food, but at least I was served by a competent and very nice young man that showed me how taking orders should be. Good job
Worst Biscuits I've ever had,my dog didn't even eat them,they were TRASH,HAD I LIVED CLOSER I WOULD OF HAD ASKED FOR MY MONIES BACK! ! THANKS FOR RUINING MY DINNER...
Stopped in very late just before they closed. They cooked our food to order and delivered it to our car. Staff was nice
My tenders were very tough. They were overcooked and perhaps refried. I didn't receive any condiments. My biscuit was very hard and small. Lastly, it appeared all of my fries were small - in fact - they seemed to be cut in half.
My husband and I never go to kfc ,yet the incentive of spending $12 to get a free chicken sandwich enticed us. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos. The fries were ok but the sandwiches were extremely dry and chewy. I only ate half of mine.My husband managed many restaurants and recommends making them fresh with better quality chicken, especially at that price!

Another Salisbury restaurant showing the incorrect price on the drive thru and charging more but won’t honor the price on the board after waiting in long line. Ridiculous. Drive thru associate was notified someone else went back and told me it hasn’t changed yet.
I ordered 3 $5 dollar fill-ups but was charged $6.47 a piece and was told after receiving my food that they no longer have the $5.00 fill-up yet it still shows on the menu. I felt I should have gotten a refund or the meals that I ordered. Not happy at all with the service or attitude toward there custermers.
