Love Jimmie John's but seems like every time I go they get my sandwich wrong. I always order the #5 Vito because it comes without mayo which I do not like. If I state "NO MAYO" with my order I get told "ma'am it doesn't come with mayo". But if I don't say it...I GET MAYO. And it's not like I can easily take off mayo like it's a tomato. So frustrating that the sandwich maker doesn't know how to make the sandwiches according to the menu.
Best chain sandwich shop hands down! Freaky fast, made how you want it. I'll drive across town to get a Jimmy John's!

Ordered online. Got a call they didn't have delivery driver. Said we would pick up but to take off delivery fee and tip. Manager said he would do that and to come pick up. Sent my husband who got accused of trying to get sandwich for free since he didn't have a way to pay. I already paid online and was never told we had to pay again but now having to wait a week for charge to drop off. He lied and said I told him to void order, but my husband was sitting next to me when he called and heard me tell him just to remove tip and delivery fee. Very rude young kid who shouldn't be a manager and they can forget any future business from our family.

Hello I called in and order today and the customer service was terrible. After placing the order and then giving my payment she told me my card was declined. I checked my account and it had been accepted. I told this young lady and with a nasty tone oh it was just loading and without an apology she said goodbye and hung up . I called back and ask to speak to management who came to the phone name Claire but I honestly thought it was the same young lady. This is not acceptable customer service.
