Do not go to this location, waited in line for over 20 minutes, 2 people in front of me... we stood there for the entire time while they only made online orders...We ended up leaving!
Stopped in last Saturday on the way to Martinsville Speedway. Really wanted to go to Chik Fil A, but they were zonked! So we came here as JM's is a regular stop for us at home. The service in this location was prompt and the food was good, just as expected. Good job!

This is a very friendly staff. The times that I have a series they’ve gone above and beyond. The very thing that makes it unique, it’s a very thing that frustrates people in terms of speed and having the Subs ready on time. There isn’t much they can do to speed up the process.

I don’t typically write scathing reviews however, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE A WORKER TAKE THE TRASH OUT AND WALK IN…PUT A PAIR OF GLOVES ON (thank goodness for that)…AND THEN PROCEED TO PUT TOPPINGS ON MY 3 SUBS…GROSSS!! Not to mention, I placed a mobile order and pay for my convenience. I should be able to walk in, grab my sub, and roll but nope…my sub order had not even been touched. You have an empty store! Why was my mobile order receipt sitting on the table ready to be made but not touched?! I am frustrated! Jersey Mike’s- Innes St., Salisbury PLEASE DO BETTER!
