Good food and great service
The customer service and food here is always excellent. Husband and I come to this location specifically because of the staff. Its so hard to find good service these days and find someone that loves their job. I want to give notice to Carrie B. It was the 1st time seeing her there and she was upbeat and was at our table at the right time when we needed something. The owner of this location should be proud of his staff and his business. my only complaint, you took away the fried pickles....bring them back!!!!!
It was very crowded so it took about 20 minutes before we got seated. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She brought us our drinks right away then took our appetizer order. The pretzel bites were hot,salty and good. We also got the nachos, that was a meal in itself. We gave our meal order. When it finally come I ordered the cowboy burger with tater tots but I got cold french fries instead. Had to track down our waitress and told her. She brought out my tater tots but they were fried to long. Other then that our meal was good.
Food is always good and people are always friendly
The service is always great! The people are always cheery, this East Coast makes some amazing wings. And if you haven't tried their Honey BBQ Wings with Ranch; you're missing out.
Have always enjoyed this restaurant, until this time. Salad slammed on the table in a metal tray by a super rude server. Idk wth happened to East Coast Wings in Salisbury. My server was exceptionally rude and unfriendly, and for the first time in my 15 yrs of being a server, I did not tip. Yes, it was THAT bad.
One of my favorite go to places, I had chicken and macoroni skillet meal, along side some wings with bacon ranch sauce. Recommend this place if you love wings!
Love the burgers. Was fortunate enough to get Jenny as our waitress . She catered to us from the word go. Good food is nothing without quality service.
We eat here often and we have our usual favorite items. The wings and wraps are great. The drinks and beer selections are good. The chips can be hit or miss, sometimes they come out soggy and sometimes they come out burnt. They are constantly adding new items to their menu, which is cool.The service could use some help, sometimes it's awesome, other times it's subpar.
