The worst drive thru "customer service "I've ever had here. I pulled up to the window, she didn't say a word to me. She handed me my food order. I said thank you...she didn't respond, then handed me my drink order. I said thank you, she didn't respond. She turned and walked away. I was so mad that I almost parked to go in the store to get my money back. If it wasn't for having 2 toddlers in pajamas and in carseats, I would have.How does Dunkin hire people that treat customers like this? Better question...how is she still working there, treating people like that!? If she hates her job, she needs to find another 1. I'd like the manager to tell me, because I'm a regular there, and refuse to have such rudeness given to me there again.

This establishment needs new management, I believe her name is Angelica??, I caught a glimpse of her nametag quickly before she hid it but I watched as she yelled at an employee and I feel this behavior is unacceptable we are still in a pandemic and people are working to the best of their abilities and she just thinks she can treat people horribly at a time like this.

I will not stop at again. I did a mobile order. My husband and I walked in to get it. I went to the restroom came out and he was down at the pick up counter standing. We waited about 10 minutes and a lady who we had not seen asked could she help us. I said to him no one has helped you he said no. So we stood in the restaurant with other employees looking at us. Them talking about rain and the festival today. Did they think we were just there to take in the atmosphere and leave. Then the order was missing stuff. Dunkin, hire smarter people please not just warm bodies.

if you’re looking for a job here i highly wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re a young mother. they aren’t lenient when you aren’t able to make a shift due to your kid or kids. the work environment is very toxic, miscommunication and drama all due to management . ive worked here with many different managers within the past three years, but this manager doesn’t care for her employees only if they benefit her. dunkin used to carry a feeling of growth.. management now plays a big role on how employees feel about their job. i hope the amazing workers employed here finds a manager that appreciates them. - from an ex coworker who just got terminated due to call outs for my daughter :)

I have tried this Dunkin Donuts on several occasions and every time my order is messed up, or they are out of the flavor that I want. The custmer service is hit or miss as well. Today I ordered a cake batter latte without the whipped cream. When approached at the window a lady asked if I ordered a butter pecan latte, when I told her my correct order she got an attitude. Then when I finally got my latte it was full of milk, no flavor or expresso. I will not waste my time or money going back there. I will spend my money with smaller companies like Koco Java and The morning Glory, that actually care about their product and service.

New manager is awesome!!!!!! Will be telling all of my family members and friends about this Dunkin’.

Was a great stop of from the interstate on a long trip good service and food with very good dark roast coffees

We went inside to try and see if they had anything similar to a white chocolate mocha an the guy at the register laughed at us. This was the second Dunkin’ we tried today. The first one in Mocksville the drive through attendant had a monotone attitude and acted like we were bothering her. I was thinking about switching but after todays experience I will stay with Starbucks higher prices.

The staff at the drive thru was very nice when taking my order and window. My coffee was exactly as I ordered and it tasted better than ever before. I love Dunkin Coffee and all the options they have with flavors and what kind you can get. Definitely one of my favorite coffee places in town.

I will turn this to a 5 star as you guys are the best in town, IF you turn yourselves back on for the mobile app. ?
