I would give 0 stars to management if I could. Today my husband went to pick up an order at this store. The air conditioning is out and management won’t let them shut down the store. I can’t even imagine how loser able to workers are working around ovens without air conditioning. The profits over people mindset is disgusting. We frequently order from this location but definitely rethinking it now.

Olivia the GM is a really nice person caring about her customers. All my pizza business will go to her from now on.

Pizza always nice n hot with deliveryDelivery drivers be having a little attitude but I’m not really worried because my pizzas makes up for it ! But then again still highly recommended

This is their Apple dip for 8.99 this is how much Apple dip you give I prefer next time to be given a little bit more if you’re going to be paying that amount

This is one of the best dominos I’ve order all the time from. Very respectful, delivery drivers always truly nice and I always try to tip good

*This review is about the delivery driver not the place itself*:Extremely rude delivery driver named Timothy.I had an order tonight (2/18/2022) and my grandmother went to the door to get the order, I left a 10% tip on the website but she wasn’t aware so she asked him if I had left one and said “yeah a lousy $2 tip, I don’t know how you expect me to make a living off of that”. I did not leave a $2 tip, it was 10% as I always do, which was more than $2 he had the audacity to be rude about it to my 75 year old grandma who was just making sure he got one. We will now be giving cash tips to avoid rude scenarios like this.

heads up ... They do not require no contact roadside pickup. You can drive there and call them till you are blue in the face .. they are not coming outside with your order. You are required to go inside, contrary to the website stating they DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS INSIDE. You can forget the times defined when you place your order as well. The website said ready in 20-25 minutes. It was 40. Mainly why I posted on here, then I opened my sandwich. The meat was paper thin. Huge sub, but it is really a couple of thin slices of meat. I don't know if you can double order the meat, but if I could I would have.

I kid you not, this is the best Domino's in the country. I've lived all over the US and abroad, and this Domino's is always on point, this Dominos pizza has always been hot, right and cooked to perfection. I've never waited more than 35 minutes for delivery, even on a weekend. They once delivered my order of 5 pizzas in 21 minutes and I don't even know how that's possible, but they did. They've never shorted my toppings or left all the toppings clumped together. Im gonna be honest and say I was sick of Domino's and wasn't likely to order them again after we moved to our new area so I called Pizza Hut and they didn't have a driver so we reluctantly placed a delivery order online at domino's and we've been ordering once or twice a week for 8 months now. The delivery drivers always remember your sauces and stuff to, which is awesome cause your getting what you pay extra for. I always tip pretty good, 30% percent or more. On a 20 order, with tax and delivery fee it only $7 to $8 that your giving them to use their car to save you time and the hastle to get your pizza hot, fast and right. The cool thing is everytime they deliver the driver will always thank you for the tip. That's kind of smart actually, because that makes you feel good about yourself, and feeling good is an emotional response. Who doesn't like to feel good about themselves??? Phycology speaking, if something makes me feel good about myself or like I'm helping someone then I'm going to keep wanting to feel good or valued therefore it makes me always want to tip well or great. It's really smart they do that, that feeling of being valued probably makes me order from them more than I should though. Keep up the good work my local west Innes street Domino's. My customer phone number ends in 0017, my name is Jesse Gunn so this review can be verified by a manager if need be.
