Blah customer service, the girl acted like she was afraid to speak. I order the love it, she repeated my order correctly and still gives me a LIKE it size. At least I wasn’t charged for the love it ?

This place had amazing icecream to shakes to smoothies. Staff are friendly and fast as well. They have anything your sweet tooth could want.
Staff seemed more interested gossiping than service. Order was wrong 3 times...finally just took it. Service previously has been great. New staff?

Very friendly workers! I dont usually get cold stone creamery because i think its over priced. Me and my friend got the cake batter remix. Hers in a cup and mine in a cone. They gave it to us melty. I love ice cream but i took two bites and threw it away.
Yesterday my husband spent an hour and a half waiting on a custom cake I ordered 3 days ago, because the blast freezer was “broken” but they repeatedly insisted it “would be ready soon.” After he spent an hour and a half waiting and decides to come home cakeless, they call me an hour and a half later to tell me the cake is ready at 9 PM. I asked them to please hold it in the freezer until this afternoon. I came in at 4 pm and was told that they did not have the custom cake I was explicitly told was ready. They told me the freezer had been left unplugged last night so my cake no longer existed, but the store had opened 9 hours ago at that point. No one called to tell me or remade the cake in those nine hours, they offered to allow me to wait another hour for them to make it. I chose a $25 premade cake instead as it’s now the day of my sisters birthday. The girl working the register made me a very gracious offer to just take the $25 cake instead of the $40 cake I ordered and already tipped on, we could call it even. They charged both my husband and I for the cake, so I’m currently waiting 48 hours for them to process $85 in refunds on one small ice cream cake. Just to wind up with a ready made anyways. Massive waste of time, horrible customer service experience, absolutely nothing was done to fix the problem caused by their negligence/incompetence. For $110 and over 3 hours of work, I could’ve made a much better cake at home.
Great place for ice cream and the smoothies are out of world!.Very friendly staff!
