Great experience starting with being welcomed to the restaurant. The gentleman server was super nice and very respectful. Our order was perfect, a lite conversation as the order was facilitated. The restaurant was constantly being cleaned and tables wiped as patrons would come and go. I appreciate a restaurant that advertises there product and meet or exceeds your expectations. I'll definitely recommend and will certainly be back with a group for lunch. Keep up the great work!! Thank you!
My problem stems from the online ordering more than anything. As far the location, they are ALWAYS out of the honey vingerate and the meal isn't the same without it. But I ordered online. I'm used to apps updated to my closest store location so I didn't even look. That was my fault. I was in Concord and my order went to Salisbury. I quickly realized when I hit submit and tried to search the website to cancel it. It said I couldn't. I tried to call the store, it wouldn't let me speak to anyone. Chipotle needs to update their website because people make mistakes and they make it darn near impossible to fix those mistakes.
I've never had a bad experience with chipotle until this past Monday. I drove 15 minutes after working all day to the salisbury location which I arrived at 9:40. (Closes at 10) 2 customers walk out as I walk in and stand to place my order the employees start cleaning up the food. Noone greeted me nor did they acknowledge me until I finally asked the guy at the register if they were done serving which he replied "yes". I will probably be back, but upset with this experience.
Firstly, I frequent this location multiple times per month. Lately this location is always out of fixing almost every time I’ve been there for months. This is the only location I’ve visited that’s consistently out of ingredients not to mention the rice is ALWAYS mushy! A couple weeks ago I ordered online and upon pickup was advised they were out of guacamole if I visited the website I would receive a full refund. I attempted to do as instructed but the website wasn’t clear on how to obtain my refund. I decided to stop by and speak with a manager. I was greeted by an employee at the time not knowing he was the manger. Half way throughout the conversation I realized he wasn’t communicating with me as if I was a toddler asking for candy. In front of customer he proceeded to shut the instructions on how to retain the refund RUDELY as if I’m begging for a free meal and questioning me as if I’m being untruthful about the order. The entire encounter was very unprofessional, he clearly suffers from Napoleon complex. He’s always rude and complaining on several occasions I’ve heard him talking about other employees and stores but never really paid it much attention until it was directed towards me. Needless to say I will not revisit this location again and escalating this visit with Corporate. If you’d like to get a POTLE bowl stop by Salisbury where your guaranteed to be missing half of your ingredients. Worst location EVER!!
It's Chipotle. Went in today and ordered a Burrito. Now I've been to multiple Chipotles throughout the past. Different states, towns, cities all over. Multiple times at each for some of them. Never in my Chipotle experiences has the portions ever been that low. I almost contemplated getting a 2nd one while he was making it. That's how bad it was. I could fit 2 of those burritos he made inside of one that's normally portioned. I couldn't believe it. Also their menu prices are slightly raised compared to other nearby ones. I guess the silver lining of it all though atleast it was good. But I mean come on just horrible
The staff here are always wonderful! courteous, poilte and well mannered. My order is always right whether I order ahead or at the counter. The food is consist and delicious. I only wish i could develop a secret code with them so when I slip a large bill in the tip jar they slip more chips in my bag!
The Caucasian white male employee that was serving food had on no mask - carrying on conversations and probably all day SPITTING and breathing on food. Horribly NASTY, with or without a vaccine you can still get Covid, delta, omricon, pneumonia and etc. Also seen employee go in the back move stuff around, didn’t change gloves and went right back to serve food ! The employees are rude - the manager is nice and understandable, but needs to hire employees that thinks about others proper safety and with good customer service!
I loved chipotle when it first opened. But now when you go in the food is over powering with cilantro. Cilantro is not meant to over power a dish. So their dishes don’t taste as good as the beginning. Some times everything is all dry and not fresh looking.
Last few times going here have not been good. Not sure exactly what's the issue, aside from lack of seasoning and lack of freshness... Get it together, I love Chipotle but can't continue to waste money.
It's Chipotle. Either you're already a fan or about to have your first pretty-good faux Mexican burrito. It's not what it used to be back when it was still just an upstart and not owned by McDonald's, but it's still a good experience most of the time.Heads up: some Chipotle's don't season the rice and it's most likely due to laziness. If you get unseasoned rice once, you'll get unseasoned rice forever from that place.I'm not sure what liberties each franchisee has, but some places use real limes while others use lime juice from the bottle and the flavor is noticeably bad if they use bottled lime juice.Tip: I've noticed Chipotle's that employ 1st generation Latinos in the kitchen, the food taste so much better, is a more consistent experience and are way cleaner than others that don't. This was more commonplace pre-macdonalds and is kind of a rarity nowadays, at least in states that don't border the south.
