Dined in today. The kid taking my order walked away from me in the middle of taking it. Then asked for my name. I took my seat and waited for 20 minutes and never heard my name called. Finally went up there to see where our food was and it was on a shelf. Had my food been sitting on a shelf for 20 minutes? Asked to speak to a manager. A team leader came up and said there were no managers on duty just a team leader. Other people that ordered after me had their name called and employees even came out from behind the counter to give them their food. I was told to call 1800-chikfila. Didn't offer to make us fresh food or anything. I will never step foot in this chikfila again! How can you run a business with a bunch of kids and no management.

Clean restaurant and good service.

I'm a signature member and was shocked at the service I just had at their drive-thru window. First time around they screwed up my order by putting pickles on one sandwich and no pickles on the other. They were both supposed to be no pickles. So they sent me through again to get my second no pickle chicken sandwich and this time they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and all the toppings. But by now the line was so long it wasn't worth going through a third time. Very disappointed in the drive-up window service.

Decent service and food, like most Chick-fil-as. The Salisbury Chick-fil-a seems incredible to locals because most fast food places in Salisbury are all around awful (namely Panera and the Wendy’s and Bojangles on E Innes, absolutely atrocious), even though our Chick-fil-a is pretty subpar. The main reason for two stars is I’m beyond tired of them closing early and switching their hours often (while usually not updating them online). So you may place a mobile order when they’re closed and not know till you’re there (which the app allows usually even if they’re closed). Every other Chick-fil-a closes at 10 and this one still closes at 9. We’re past the beginning of Covid where businesses closed early.

The worker in the dining room let some people in the play area with leftover food and drinks but when I tried he told me I had to leave it on the table unattended. I was there with two kids, we had leftovers and I was not going to leave their leftover food and drinks unattended. I don’t think it’s fair the rules apply for some but not others.

My mom had brain surgery so her friend sent a gift card through e-mail . I placed a $45.00 order on line April 13, 2022 went to get my order and I went inside to get it and told the cashier I had a mobile order I need to pay for it she ask me what the name was she said she don’t see it and it is not in the system I ask her to scan the code on my phone to pay for it and she she couldn’t because it was not in the system she went to talk to the manager but the manger never came out . Then she said she could ring it up there and I asked if I could pay for it off my phone and she said no. She was not very nice and then my sister goes up to the counter to ask for sauce and nobody offered to help her which is rude coming from Chick-fil- a ! I feel like the manger should have come out and talk to me to help figure out what happen. I didn’t appreciate them being rude and not nice. ?. I really like Chick - fli-a ! I was just very disappointed!

I’ve been to several chick fil a’s (I’m honestly obsessed with the food), but this one is always below par. They’re slower than most, service isn’t very “my pleasure”, and tonight at 9PM, they were closed even though they advertise they close at 10PM (like most chick fil a’s). Very inconvenient to drive for food an hour before closing, yet they’re closed. Either update your hours or stay open until your advertised times.

This Chick Fil A is consistently good like most of them tend to be. They have a dual car lane drive through which makes the line go quickly. Often times I use the app to pre order and pick up from the drive through.

Never had a problem here in years until the last few months or so, something has had to change. My last 4 trips have had a bunch of problems. Today at 10:40 am pulled up to the far right order. A guy was taking order at first one and second was green. No one would answer he took 3 orders so I finally pulled around. My number 1 was ice cold. If you don't start serving lunch until 10:30 how did I not get a hot sandwich plus the chicken is noticeable smaller lately. Wonder if management or owner has changed, also noticed staff is a lot younger and never see anyone twice anymore.

Always amazed how they get me through the line so quickly! This Chic Fil A is the busiest I’ve ever seen and they always get me through quickly! Good job guys !
