Long lines in drive thru did not get a straw service was slow
Got the order wrong the first time. No big deal, just drive thru AGAIN... The manager was apologetic about the mess up. I heard her tell the line the proper way to make my order. Damned if they didn't screw it up again....... It is just a whooper, no lettuce, no pickle, no cheese, how hard is that. Less work for you..... And you want $15+ an hour ????
Waited at the counter 9 minutes before being waited on. Employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than waiting on a growing line of customers. Restaurant was not clean. Trash on the floor. Never ever return.
AVOID THIS BURGER KING! This place is close to where I work and I generally enjoy Burger King, but literally 9 out of 10 times that I order food here there's an issue. Either they're closed in the afternoon, take 20-30 minutes for a drive through order or my order is wrong. I've never really had an issue with workers here, but it's just always something that makes it an issue getting food here.
Food was good, fresh an hot. The lined moved fast as well.

they have the absolute best service I have ever had at fast food. I recommend they all get a raise. unbelievable service! 5 stars!
Food is good if they get your order right. They are bad about marking food with ordered preference (such as no onions, no pickles) and still making the item without those corrections so people with allergies beware. Always check your order before you leave for these problems and to make sure that you aren't missing all anything.
3 employees watched multiple people trying to get food in drive thru and by trying to enter the lobby. They didn't tell anyone they were only 3 at the store and they weren't working. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes while they smoke and joked around while no one answered. They told dash support
