I went to burger king on Sunday Apr 4-24-2022.Drove thru there drive thru only ordered burger fry and drink.was only one in drive thru.I was ask to pull on other side of building and wait on my meal. Young lady came out with my bag of food.turns out it was a bag of fry's and ketchup.now they did not have inside open so they wasn't no one there.when I brought it to the manager Brent attention he didn't seem concerned.So I went to McDonald's two doors up and got me a meal. Thanks bent manager at Burger King on innis st in Salisbury.To think we are going to pay 15 dollars an hr to people for service like this. Guess I'll have to make sure burger king employees do there job and get my order right.
Im not one to post negative reviews, but this was uncalled for..Waited for my order for a good 15-20 mins. They didnt give me half of my order and what I did get was wrong, when I told them I got major attitude!! She had me open the sandwiches trying to prove I was wrong, and when she saw I wasnt she was extremely rude. She fixed one of the sandwiches by taking the wrong sandwich I was giving and just slapping bbq sauce and 2 TINY onion rings on it.. no lettuce bacon or cheese (Rodeo ckn sandwich). Which was probably a good thing bc the lettuce was horrible looking. The other sandwich was never fixed. Horrible customer service
I usually go there alot but they have gotten so slack you wait so long in drive threw line they tell you to pull around you wait I ordered a rodeo chicken sandwich and crispy chicken sandwhich got home and it was 2 chicken Jr my sister went back the girl was highly rude that made the bag . No fries that was also ordered and come back to still chicken Jr slammed with a tiny bit of bbq sauce and two small onion rings no cheese or bacon nothing and chicken sandwich still a chicken Jr with one little lettuce no cheese tomatoes I won't go back here no more
Drive-thruDrop through was backed upAnd no one apparently taking any orders. The store was nastyAnd no one asked to help me with the girl just stood and stared into space. However I figured out why no one was taking orders at drive thru. That girl was dancing around the lobby looking out the window. Smh
Experience was undesirable. I waited more than 45 min. Within that time people behind me received food first. I actually had to ask where my food was. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. The fries tasted of bad oil, the soda was flat. The burgers themselves were OK.So disappointed.
The floor was incredibly sticky everywhere and the women's restroom did not have a functional toilet seat. It had been broken and was just set on top of the toilet rim, but slid all over.
Average everyday Burger King. Drive-through not too fast but also not terribly slow. Prices a little high but hey that's the way things are these days.
Long wait for food, probably cause I only counted 4 people. But service was very pleasant, food was hot and order was spot on.
Ladies washroom was deplorable. Out of TP, toilet seat was falling off + unscrewed, out of paper towels + overall dirty. Food was good but I'm scared to think that the staff uses that washer + prepares food.
The worst experience I've ever had. Sit in line for nearly half an hour. Finally get up to the window just to be told to pull aroung front and wait. Finally after laying on the horn my food came out out and it took them three times coming out to give what I paid for. I'm done.
