The wings actually look good but the sweet barbecue sauce had a funny taste. After 24 hours to think, I believe what that taste was from improperly washing the basting brush. So it had a sour old taste to it. The beer was cold. Maybe I'll try and dry rub but I saw reviews on this restaurant. Undercooked chicken I may start to make wings again my way. I do have to say most places that have bad reviews don't have managers that go around and check the customers. I didn't see a manager anywhere.
It was our first time there. Service was excellent, I would give that 5 stars. We got the ultimate nachos and never having them before, we thought the 'different' flavor was just how it was supposed to be. After a while, we were certain that the nacho chips were fried in old, rancid oil. It's a shame because the other nacho toppings were of good quality.
Worse dining experience. It's a chain restaurant so food is ok. Now as far as the review this is about the Salisbury location. Absolute worse management ever seen. Showed up at 4:30pm and was told a 40 min wait. The hostess said 45 min wait because they only had 2 waitresses. In the time waiting there were 4 hostesses talking at the counter for 30 min. Once finally seated I waited 20 min for alcohol. Once food came everybody received food except for the appetizer for a 4 year old and one other person. They did not receive their food until everyone else was done eating. Immediately asked for Togo boxes and put food away without eating. Will not return until management is changed
Had to go to the restroom multiple times for napkins. Waitress did not ask a single time how we were doing or if we needed anything (Until we were about to leave an hour later). Refills occurred after 45 minutes for alcoholic beverages and did not come back for another 15. We did not get any refills at all on the water or soft drinks. The restaurant was not full there were only 6 tables and I saw plenty of staff on the clock. I never write any reviews but this was just horrible service. Server (Alyssa)
We understand the staff shortages lately and we are patient and tip well. This place however is an absolute mismanaged disappointment. The last 2 times we came our food was not brought out together. This is a lunch outing and we only have an hour. Ordered off lunch menu both times. Last time co worker didn't receive food for 20 minutes after mine came. We both ordered wings. This time he ordered wings and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. 40 minutes later I had to cancel the order. He had already eaten. No napkins although we asked several times. Waitress came out with my meal as we were waiting for check and asked if I would like to get it to go. Not for free? Just a suggestion but if you have limited servers shut areas down so more wait staff in one area and not so spread out. Next time East Coast.
Bringing down the rating from 5 starts. We got there and waited as the workers just sat on their phone. After a bit of waiting to be sat at a table we settled and sat at the bar. Still no service. Had to Go get menus ourselves. Where is everone??? Being on the phones at work is very unsanitary!!! No one washed their hands before preparing drinks.(update) 3 stars to 2. Same bartender started cutting lemons and limes after touching her phone and making our drinks without washing her hands or wearing gloves.
Love the street tacos! But order them with the sauce on the side. If not, the sauce is all you will taste. Lol! We always receive good service here!
Disappointed this go round- hubby and I placed order last evening for our usual lemon pepper dry rub and Asian zing flavored wings... only to discover they were under cooked and lemon pepper wings with hardly any seasoning. I can tell that they took old wings and dropped a few a sprinkle of seasoning because it was stuck to the card board. We usually enjoy our date night with their food and in times past it hasn't been that way. Typically we ask that they are cooked hard or crunchy to avoid this however the gentlemen answering the phone indicated they were not able to accommodate. Last evening I did engage a manager who offered an apology for miscommunication and I explained the undercook situation to him thoroughly only to uncover that the rep taking call could have honored our request except on Tuesdays when they are running discounted food. I also explained the undercooked situation to him a prior few times as well...I can't believe that I had to cook my own food after paying $13.99 for 10 wings. Thank goodness for my air fryer. Truthfully I didn't pay to cook- I wanted to just eat what I paid for. Disappointing....
Service was good n friendly. I highly recommend the ultimate nachos and add chili n guacamole. ? wing flats dipped in medium sauce n hot sauce on the side. Don't forget a natural lite n dr. Pepper.
I stopped in at 7pm on a Sunday, had a beer at the bar and ordered chicken tenders to go. Wow, what a disappointment, the Togo order was horrible and half the portion that I'm used to getting when I go to the buffalo wild wings in Winston Salem. Not only was the portion small, I'm talking three inch long wings that were thin and over cooked, one of the wings was more like jerky and not edible. Hopefully this is the normal, not sure if I want to take another chance.
