Definitely not the bojangles I grew up eating at. Everytime I come here they're out of chicken. Im a trucker so I can't be picky but I don't go out of my way to stop here anymore. The last time I ordered here the only food they had was chicken tenders and fries . Took me 30 minutes to get 5 tenders and fries and they were overcooked. There were no dipping sauces not even ketchup. If you don't have the products to fulfil the ordersl why stay in business?

Chicken was old. Probably had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Fries were seriously over salted and also cold.. it wss a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty. I guess locals already know that this location sucks. Im not finished. The dirty rice.....FIRGERABOUTIT! I mean people what's with the quality of this place. Corporate needs to come in there and retrain the franchise owners. Have all those kids in there stop horsing around and have a policy about NOT using cell phone at work.
Website says they close at 10pm when in fact they close at 8pm or 9pm they create their own hours. It hasnt been just once or twice its been multiple times ive been there and when i pull up to the window there is utter silence until eventually they say "We're closed!" Not to mention their food is never fresh. You're just better off going to another bojangles.
One of the employees really helped me out here! The inside dining was closed but she let me use the restroom! It was an emergency! That God for this sweet woman!
Do not eat there My grandson, daughter, and I got food poisoning we are still sick from it. I tried calling the location and no one ever answered the phone.We had the 8piece chicken and biscuit and a gallon of tea . It was on Sat Feb 12th. I will never eat Bojangles again No Location EVER!!!!!
Staff were very pleasant and responsive. We ordered a ham biscuit, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and a cinnamon biscuit. The first 2 biscuits were dry overall and hard on the bottom, likely a sign they were overcooked. The cinnamon biscuit was delicious. The biggest issue we have is that Bojangles is still not opening their dining rooms until 7 AM, which isn't very customer friendly. Before 7 AM you have to go thru the drive thru and spread biscuit crumbs all thru your car.
They are pretty good I think they are better in the morning I love there Borounds and there Boberrys mmmmmm they are soooooo good lol especially with extra icing ?⭐???
For this to be by a truck stop and very busy I expected my food to be hot and fresh… 3pm I ask for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with fries.. it’s 3 so my food should be cooked fresh. I ask for it to be on a light cooked biscuit. Instead they gave me the hardest biscuit it was and no near fresh I give the fries a 5 on a scale. If I didn’t have a hot load on my back I would’ve went back in. Just wish my food was hotter than my load!!! Very disappointed
Always get my order to me quickly. I have never had any issues with any of the employees or issues with my order in of itself.
