Sat in the drive thru line for 45 min this past Sunday, and still had 4 cars ahead of me. Not including the two cars that backed out and left. I called in breakfast at Cagney's while I was in line and once they finally moved I got out of there, and the truck behind me did too. Each visit gets worse. Idk what's happening in this town everything is going down hill fast. If the lobby was open I would've went inside but I watched 5 different families try to get inside and the door was locked. Don't waste your time here. The food is hit or miss anyways. And the attitudes are always there. Keep your money if you need to grab something quick. Just go out of town for something else. Salisbury is a s#!thole.

Every time we eat here there is something wrong or forgotten. This will be our last time coming to this restaurant as every biscuit this morning is burnt. There was also hair on the cups.

I came here to pay for good breakfast good service and not a bad attitude and rudeness and it wasn't even 7 a.m. Caroline relayed our order to her manager Edna who instructed us to pull around and wait for the food we waited for 10 minutes after trying to go inside all the doors were locked several other customers were waiting and trying to get into the building this is 2 minutes before 7 we sat there at 2 we got our food at 7:10 we sat in the parking lot till about 7:15 7:20. I informed the manager Edna when she brought our food out that it was not fresh my biscuits! They're hard and she said she would replace them she brought me back a butter biscuit he did not bring the sausage and cheese it was not fresh I very disappointed is that service today and the quality of food. I would not recommend this location for breakfast service because who wants to start their day off with the whole side of sour nasty bad vibes coming through your window and you're paying for it. Is this the do Bojangles standard?AND THE NASTY ATTITUDE OF THE DAY GOES TO: CAROLINE (Apparently she is in management at this location)

Horrible staff and service. I went inside stood for about 3 mins and they knew im standing there for order. Both of the employees had nasty looks on their faces. They never greeted or said anything. I hated everything about this experience and i hope people like this get a lesson for their bad behavior. The biscuits i got were crumbly and cold.If I could give 0 stars i would.

Line wasn't too long, but sure took a while! I was in from out of town and needed my Boberry Biscuit fix, so I was fine with the wait for fresh ones. But it seems like something is up with their card reader. They ran my card about 12 times before saying it was declined. Tried another card, and it took 3 employees to get the thing to read. Checked with my bank; no declinations. Just frustrating!

I was really hungry getting to this Bojangles. The food was good but they completely forgot my bo-biscuits and I had to wait longer while they sat on some counter far away. The sweet tea wasn't as great as advertised. Very watered down. The chicken was good though, while it was hot.

Sizes are getting smaller, but cutting chicken off. Come on Bojangles. It's small as it is now you all are just cutting snacks off or something. It won't let me add pictures, but the cut the chicken in half on my cajun flavor biscuit.

You go to a restaurant expecting fresh food. They serve you a hard ,overcooked, lukewarm biscuit is not my idea of a good breakfast. The employees should use some form of quality control. If they wouldn't eat it or serve it to their family, it should be thrown in the garbage.

Doors were locked. I was in a truck and could not use drive through. I'd they are not going to open the doors to allow walk up service then they need create a way to order food.Beside that, of late I have had to contend with hard crumbly thin biscuits. When the country ham is thicker than the top of the biscuits there is a problem.

Morning crew inside was very nice, Stephanie even came by our table to make sure we didn't need anything else. Give her a raise!
