the works are very unprofessional half-dressed uniformed eating back line they don't pay attention to the customers orders it's just all over horrible since Vicki cook has left this Arby's it's like the management just does not care
Pitiful! The cashier did not even say, "Hello" or "How can I help you?", she just stared at me until I started talking. They were out of sauce, and then I heard them yell from the back they were out of macaroni and cheese. The workers were fussing and rude to one another. When my food came up, the girl just slung the bag at me. No "thank you" or anything. PATHETIC!
Insanely slow employees with no customer service. We waited 15 minutes for two orders of fries and a lemonade and had to ask for the lemonade because they forgot it.
Took forever in the drive thru today. Was in line for 20 min. One of the girls at the drive thru was sitting on a bench eating fries while people were sitting in line to get food.
I had the fried chicken with pintos and mac and cheese it was okay the chicken didn't have the home cook fried chicken taste standard franchise restaurant quality, pintos was not cooked all the way or well cooked mac and cheese okay l wouldn't consider it southern mac and cheese. The only things that were very good was the strawberry cake and collard greens and artichoke dip would l come back yes if I didn't have to pay for it like if my date wanted to try it... sorry or perhaps just to get the dip and strawberry cake.
Friendly Customer service lady greeted me. She took my order and asked my name. Five minutes later I was enjoying my Chicken Wrap. Yummy , always.
Tried to pull a quick one on me tonight, lucky I check my bags nowadays, forgot my chicken nugget. Not the young lady fault but I wanted a large nugget and got a small, checked my receipt and it says small so not horrible. Ordered large jalapeño and didn’t get any bronco berry sauce, but got marinara for my mozzarella stick. Sandwich was good. I just got off the road after a 9 hr drive so I’m not trying to beat em up on service, just bring to attention quality checks need to be implemented.
I went for dinner and there was literally 10 cars in the drive thru, so decided to carry-out. The Shift Manager was at the cash register and took my order. He was very lively and had a great personality, but made some questionable decisions. In the midst of my order, 3 other patrons left from their dining-in experience and each rang the bell (signifying they had an awesomeness experience).
We went to the Jake Alexander location in Salisbury NC a couple weeks ago. My wife got a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and the sauce didn’t just burn but it literally blistered the roof of her mouth and the back of her throat. After complaining of trouble swallowing we had to have a gastroenterologist conduct an endoscopy to check her esophagus. Fortunately it was not damaged but it did stir up stomach ulcers. She was not able to eat anything for a week and could only have milkshakes and Atkins shakes. I have talked with shift management TWICE asking to talk about this with someone and to file an insurance claim for damages and they have made zero attempts to contact me. Their arrogance and indifference infuriates me. Tired of being nice. Looking for a nasty lawyer to light them up.
Apparently not into serving dinner anymore? Hours say open till 11 on Saturday but pulled through the drive through at 7:45 only to hear a recording that they’re closed and to return during normal business hours. Second time I’ve tried going there around this time in the last month, same thing both times.
