Great customer service! We asked the staff for recommendations and they delivered! I wish I caught their names. Super helpful and hooked us up with all these amazing sauces to try. Be careful though because some are so spicy, so be ready. Great wake up for the taste buds. Since we were ordering for a large group, we chose to order the family meal styles that they offer. Either chicken tenders or boneless wings. Food was served quickly! I love the seasoning on the crinkle cut fries.
I did lunch here and order d the bone in wing meal w fries and a drink. The wings always seem cold and the fries hot when they come out. The wings seem fried then sauced which lacks flavor for me. Overall it's ok. My son likes it he's 15 he eats anything lol.
Long drive thru lines but they really Hussle to get your food to you quickly. I usually spend about 10-15 minutes in line OR order ahead and go in to get it and it's always done when they say it will be.
The lady with the red hair must've been cold bc she totally ignored my request for blue cheese with my order. ? Now the line is really long and I'm not going back
Very long line.... they only have one line and a speaker at it but they had a young lady standing outside taking orders.... I did not know what they had. Got to window(door) waited as people are walking back and forth to cars sitting in the drive thru. No straw but napkins. I did not really like the food so won't be back. Don't see the hype. Sorry
I'm a truck driver so I eat at alot spot while I travel. This was my best wings an things plate I ever had .out of all zaxbys .
Absolutely love your salads and French fries. Makingnyour employees wear a mask in 90° weather OUTSIDE is ignorant... Makes some of us question your common sence. I pity your crews
Horrible service, have gotten wrong order or orders missing stuff time and time again. Tonight ordered from Uber eats delivery. They showed up with the wrong food, said that’s what they were handed by Zaxbys. When they came back, it was with the original food, made over an hour ago, and soggy and cold. Called to discuss it, they just pinned it on the driver, and basically told me to “f off” figuratively. Horrible customer service!
Food tastes great, but drive thru line is always long.
