Food was grea. Due to covic service is slower but that's everywhere. ?
It was ok just rushed and some bacon was hard.. My bf hashbrowns wasnt cooked properly tho

I always have very good service at this restaurant. Love the coffee very much. I order the coffee to be delivered at home.
Let me start by saying that I love Waffle House. But the service here was terrible. I sat down and was completely ignored. The waitress took another customer’s order (they came in 5 minutes after me), had their food cooked and served before I was offered a drink or menu… Later, they refused to serve another customer at 6:40pm because they “only do to-go orders after 7” although that’s stated nowhere in the restaurant. This place needs better management.
So my boyfriend and I decided to go to the waffle house for Christmas because I didn't feel like cooking. When we get there I go stand beside a table that needs to be cleaned cause the other tables were occupied. The manager told me someone would be to clean it in a few so I continued to patiently wait. So after waiting 30 minutes a waiter comes and tell me they about to close the area off. I'm like you all are going to serve us first right. She said her manager said to close it off she cold not serve us after waiting 30 minutes. So i go to the one by the hospital now. The one on Gabe Row has made a turn for the worst.
Diner is awesome. Friendly Customer service. All Star breakfast is a tasty meal love the counter seating. Large portions of tasty food. My go to for early morning appetite.

Best Waffle House experience ever. Visiting from NYC on my way to Raleigh. Folks are so friendly and made me feel comfortable for the time I stopped by. Will definitely revisit when I’m in town
