The Courtyard is just off the interstate, they are in a parking area with a number of other hotels. There are restaurants within waling distance of the hotel. Parking is easy and plentiful. Staff were friendly. We will stay again.

I’m driving my sick mother from Florida to Maine and we’ve been staying in Courtyard Marriotts along the way. I assumed they would all be the same, but this one is old and the carpets feel damp. The beds are comfortable but they’re full size not queen. I should’ve looked this place up before we stayed here but we just assumed it would be like the others we’ve stayed at since we’re Bonvoy members.

Stopped here overnight on way to Myrtle Beach. Room was clean, comfortable and convenient. Only issue was the motorcycles parked under the entrance canopy revving their engines during the night until 3AM. Front desk apologized but it did interrupt sleep a number of times. Leaving in the morning, I discovered a flat tire on my car. The young lady at the front desk gave us perfect directions using a few back roads to a Uniroyal tire place. Was able to put air in the tire and drive there about 1 to 1 1/2 miles away. Got it fixed and continued on our way. This location was serving breakfast with a staff person giving out the breakfast items. Would stop here again when in the area.

I travel back and forth from Florida to New Jersey driving cars. I usually stay in Lumberton North Carolina but I started to keep going and try out this location. I understand there's a coronavirus going around but the room that I stayed in was really bad. It was really musty the pillows and the sheets felt like they were damp. The bathroom tub is cracked, ceiling and wallpaper need repairs. Please see the attached pictures. I stay in Marriotts all the time and this is the worst one I ever stayed in.

Ok so here’s the deal - I am a Marriott Gold Member. I am traveling during the COVID pandemic. And this is what I get. First the GOOD - bed is comfortable. Now the BAD - 1. No services (understandable - it’s a pandemic) 2. Room is next to the very noisy highway 3. Room is an adjoining room (really?? This is an upgrade supposedly and the hotel is nowhere near full) 4. Rooms are in serious need of updating I’m glad I’m only staying 1 night - next time I will stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites.

We were traveling with multiple small children and I called to see the room configurations for our group to have two rooms on the same floor. After I explained that we needed queen beds to accommodate a party, the associate kept trying to book a double. He told us we should just take doubles and then see if queens were available when we arrived, which did not seem like a good plan to me. When I politely corrected him that wee needed qylueen beds, he hung up. Neither my wife or I who were on speaker phone could believe this happened. Amazingly, an hour later a reservation was placed for two rooms with double beds without my permission on my account. I left a message for his manager and she never called back...now two weeks ago. This place is in dire need of a staff turnover from the top down.

Terrible. Ordered fried eggs. No runny whites. 1st time runny. Told them to cook the eggs for another minute. 10 minutes later out comes new eggs cooked the same way. To make matters worse. The room Charge including breakfast was,129 plus tax. The young women at the bistros ensured that the 2 breakfasts were removed from tbe bill The fromt desk changed 145 to my cc I called, the young lady at the fro t desk was incapable of understanding the issue. She insisted that the cost of the breakfast had been removed from the bill. 20 off the 129 room charge including breahfast doesn't equal 144.16. In addition, the person t the front desk put me, a lifetime elite member on a room that overlooks the highway so i could hear The sound of trucks all night. This in a courtyard hotlel that was less than 50% ocvupied. I've had it with this courtyard. I wont be staying fthere ever again. Too bad they've lost a longtime patron

Just make sure you reserve seats prior to. Best to go on a week day.

The staff is great and very curtious!
