The OLDER lady (employee) was very hateful. She was not polite, nor respectful. I simply ordered the spicy bmt special and she stated that I could not get the special due to me being allergic to pepperoni. She insisted on charging me for something I was allergic to and removing my meat I had on my sub which was the spicy bmt (ham, salami) except pepperoni. She is not a business person and should not be working with the public with that type of attitude in a workplace dealing with public.
Wish there was a zero star option. Always a bad experience at this location. Workers always giving us attitude and they are always closing an hour early. We came at 8pm exactly on a Saturday night and they close at 9pm. The doors were locked the workers saw us and didn’t let us in. Definitely won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend this location to anyone!
Horrible!!!! I was told because i wasn't door dash or any delivery service they were closed they should definitely take down that they close at 9pm when i was there at 8:27pm i definitely will not spend any more money there.
I went to this location at 7:30 on a Sunday evening to buy my family dinner. The door was lock after the older man answered my knocking on the door. He said he was closed, after showing him his hours of operation were until 8pm he said that he did not care what the web site hours were and it had nothing to do with him. Then he proceeded to close and lock the door again.
The bread is never FRESH...I have to put the inside of the sub in bread that have at home. The 3 cookies I purchased, 2 we're both hard and soft.The next time I go to this Subway, I will check my bread before I leave?
Express pick-up needs some work or this subway needs to hire more.
I was just in and had to brag about experience I had. I am a Quality Auditor, so I have good customer service experience. I believe it was the Owner that was in the store today? I have included my receipt for reference. She actually waiting on me, taking my order at the beginning. She was very good with building rapport by greeting me immediately, and making sure my order was to my satisfaction along the way (I asked for extra sauce and cheese for the meatball sub). At each station, her associates were professional and thorough with my order. What completely blew me away was at the register! My hot sandwiches were carefully placed in a bag with my cold drinks placed in a separate one. I appreciated this so much as this demonstrated a special above and beyond touch of customer service with a lot of care behind it. Thank you for wowing me today! I hope you, your family, and your team have a wonderful holiday season.
Ordered curbside over the phone. Lady never said curbside had to come in to pay. When I arrived for curbside, same lady was rude and said you have to come in to pay and hung up. Called back immediately and asked why they wouldn’t explain that, she didn’t seem to care on helping
Horrible experience Employee eating and talking on the phone with no mask on while I’m trying to give them my order and when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager her name is Maria Hernandez I’m never coming back from this experience plus she was being for to a teen kid
