Walked up to the counter, the barista looked right at us then walked away without saying anything. Waited 10ish minutes and a target employee came around the corner and informed us the barista went on break and that she could help us but could only get us regular coffee that's already brewed and stored in a carafe.
Clean and mostly pleasant. They didn’t tel me my order total and no receipt. Had to ask for both.

Terrible customer service
We have gone here numerous times and each time the wait time was ridiculous. For years there was no free standing store and this was our only option. We recently went a few weeks ago and after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes and not having enough help, we found out they were out of just about everything. They also stated that since there was no card for the Pink Drink they couldn't make it. They didn't have any apple juice either and no caramel ribbon crunch. Needless to say, we probably won't be returning to this location because the service is always atrocious and the drinks are never made correctly.

My drink was good but the cleanliness of the staff especially the girl named Kim was upsetting We are in the middle of a pandemic so you’d think the washing of the hands would be more Not for her she was taking money(cash) then fix your drink no washing hands then she wrote on the cups and began to stack them I had to ask her serval times not to do that thank God she didn’t make my drink
Minimally staffed and priority is given to mobile orders but they do have excellent wifi.
