4-25-22 to add insult to my injuries I was told that I would get a full refund. and that I would get a call from the manager at the Rocky Mount location. I never got a call I had to call them. on top of that I was told that corporate would handle the situation. corporate decided to give me a $20 gift card. I don't want your $20 gift card use that $20 to find adequate service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at this place.I got $76.00 of bad serviceI didn't not receive my full orderOn top of that I had to wait longer than the time frame pick up. They forgot the rice that was supposed to go with the entree.they did not put in the salad that I ordered. No biscuits.Just a negative atmosphere.I wanted to go back but was afraid that if I complained they would spit in my food that's the kind of attitude they were giving me I do not recommend this place at all
Lazy, apathetic and disengaged staff and management. Made to wait excessively to be seated (with an Open Table) reservation - the hostess said "those don't count". The restaurant was approximately 1/3 full. Waited for food and drinks while wait staff and bartender watched TV at the bar.

As we where waiting for our table my wife and I read through the reviews on this establishment. A lot of negative reviews. We where not looking forward to dining here. The reviews where not at all accurate. The food was amazing. The service was Amazing (we had a young waiter who was clearly new). The manager was a very pleasant person. My wife and I will most definitely return. Don't let the reviews make your decision for you about this place. Try it for yourself and make your own judgement.
Good was fresh n hot. But front area need a good cleaning n rugs need buffed n steamed.Maybe just one night all staff n or cleaning service on deck n help out n spray for bugs
After an hour wait just to be seated, another 40 to get food we had to return shrimp for being undercooked and still grey, my grilled tenders were so tough like rubber . Very disappointing.Less than 7 tables with customers, rest of the tables empty..The manager was very nice and spoke with us regarding our concerns. She even made things right On our bill which was EXTREMELY KIND.However for the wait, the drive (we are 40 miles away) to take my father-in-law there to eat what a disappointment.I could tell wait staff were on a skeleton crew so I'm not sure how short staffed the kitchen was but for those prices you would expect better food.Our waitress was very nice and did what she could to help.My experience may have been on a off day.

Ate lunch there, bathrooms were dirty and this was 11:30 am so the place had just opened. Trash over flowing in bathroom. Piss on toilet seats. Our waitress was rude and talked smart to us. She is in the wrong business if she doesn't want to be friendly and pleasant to people. My meal was over priced lobster was cooked too long croutons on salad tasted salty steak was tuff. Worst meal I had ever had. I will not come back
My son wanted to go eat Red Lobster for his birthday so me and my family drove over an hour and a half so my son could have Red Lobster. When we got there we were told that they were only doing togo orders because they only had one cook but there were customers in there eating. As we went outside to our car we watched others go in and sit down to eat. This Red Lobster picks and chooses who they will serve. Management needs to take a good look their at their employees and possibly clean house if they want this location to stay in business.
