This is the third time I have ordered pizza for delivery the last time it was delivered to the wrong place and I had to go pick it up it's been 2 hours and still have not received my pizza this is my last time ordering from this store
This Pizza Hut was better than most of them that I've been to still does not get five stars

I was seen by a very rude employee. And is not the 1st time that the employee has been rude to me. Just because I wanted an extra sauce. He demanded $.50 after I already paid a $26 order.
Pizza Hut is my favorite plzza place next to Pizza Inn. The food is always delightful hot fresh and always good.

Makayla from the Sunset Ave. location in Rocky Mount took my order! The pizza delivery driver get to my home. He has no change! I asked him to wait so I can call to pay with my card! He is gone when I get to the door! They gave me the run around with lies and hanging up on me. Even the manger Tim participated in this! Very disgusted!

I ordered pan pizzas for my children from the Fairview Rd. Pizza Hut and when we received them none of the boxes were closed. Poor presentation on and some of the pizzas were stuck to the top of the pizza box. I remember Pizza Hut use to be very good as a child but they have slacked up tremendously and have changed their recipe. Not the same nor do I like their pizza anymore. Anyone that's old school knows what I'm talking about. Back in the day we looked forward to the book reading to earn stickers for a free pan pizza. The smell alone got me. The buttery crust and real mozz. cheese. Nowadays many restaurants have really changed their recipes and their food is nasty. Bring back the original recipes we grew to love.
