Y’all, this is the BEST Pizza Hut. Jessica, Ebony and Steve gave outstanding customer service which is really appreciated!! We have ordered from this location multiple times over the past few weeks and our food is consistently outstanding. It’s always correct, on time, hot, and honestly made as if someone legit cared about the quality of their product.
The food was great, and the guy that took my order was so nice and kind I gave him a $5 tip but I told him he deserve so much more it's so nice to be treated good
This location has just gone downhill sorry to say. Warmed over maybe made earlier. Time to find new pizza place!
The pizza was made correctly and delicious. The driver was nice. Food was received in a timely manner.
The place has bugs and it was uncomfortable to sit in. My friend had a bug in his drink. There was a roach crawling along the booth. I also found a hair in my pizza. We left and I would not return. I think they have a bug problem.
The wings that pizza hut has is the best. I have ate many wings from a lot of places and countries, but these are the best. VERY SATISFIED.
I’m not a fan of you doing away with the red pepper and Parmesan cheese package , In leu of charging for the mini shakers . You are the only company that does that , you’re my favorite , but I have to admit that I often don’t order from you because the competitors bring packets
One thing I find these days is we go to certain places because of consistency in the food or service. Nevertheless it is not the same in all sites so some can and should be avoided.First time here and find it very hard to say something positive about the experience.First, I came at lunch time because I wanted to have lunch. This site was not busy from my point of view and I only saw a single car in the lot before arriving. My goal was to get a small personal pizza to go and eat in my van.Standing at the counter looking at the offering the associate came to me and inquired as to what happened to the other people. I didn't see anyone before me standing but she noticed them sitting and ran over to take their orders. I assume that was incorrect for them and possibly they should have remained standing.She seemed flustered and asked what I wanted and I told her my interest in the personal pizza and explained it would be to go.She asked my name and I told her. I asked how she spelled it. She told me and I explained I don't like my name spelled wrong and requested it be changed. I normally through the day wear a uniform shirt with my name clearly on it and pointed out that it was on my shirt.She was only interested in payment. She became upset and in my opinion rude.This was the worst experience in along time only because my insistence of the spelling of my name.I gave them a chance and sad to say that other locations are worth the time and money but not here.
The lady running the pick up window was AMAZING! You should find her and promote her. Great attitude, great personality and fast! In a time when we all know restaurants are struggling you guys are super lucky to have her! This was saturday evening between 7:30 and 8 at 028329,1522 JEFFREYS DR.,ROCKY MOUNT,NC.
