We have had the green goddess cobb salad many times. This was the best we have ever had. It was large and loaded with avacados. The counter person explained that they were out of the regular chicken they use in the salad. She suggested we try the smoked chicken used for other meals. We loved the replacemnt. this unot is well run and every employee we encountered was extremely frinedlu. Very unusual for a chain restaurant, we thought.
This Panera was amazing! Excellent service. The manager, Terry, was super nice. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and provided the perfect rest stop beak during our long road trip from SC to VA. Thank you, Terry!

One of the slowest Panera’s I’ve been to… staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu, I waited over 15 minutes in front of drive thru for my order. I had high hopes for this restaurant but reading the comments about the roaches and uncleanliness has me second guessing coming back to this location
It was a good experience for my first time. I just went in there to get my drink from the unlimited drink program. I ordered on the app and after about 5 min or so it said it was ready to be picked up. So I go to the counter and after the employee ( forgot her name) asked what my order was she said "oh, just get a cup and help yourself." Very polite mind you. And i said "oh ok I'm not sure how this unlimited drink program works." And she said "it's fine none of us do" Which is alarming to me id suggest better training so there is less confusion in the future.
Thank you for excellent service! We were driving through on a long trip from Florida and the amazing staff made certain to stay open a couple of extra minutes for our family tonight. Enough can't be said for such exceptional team members including the ADM who was working late to help out from another store.
I asked my wife to do drive tru in Panera Bread Tarrytown Center, Rocky Mount NC and get me my favorite steak and white cheddar sandwich, when she got home I opened the nicely wrapped sandwich, to my surprise its only cheese inside the bread, no steak and it's a different bread! I tried to call at 7:45 pm but no one is answering the phone. We live 40 mins away so its a waste of time if we'll go back, its just disappointing, looks like those who work there don't want to do their job right, a friend of ours told us it happened to them too on this same Panera Bread branch! So if you plan to do drive tru with this branch see to it that you check your order, open the wrapper and really check if thats the one that you ordered so that you won't get disappointed.

Very disappointed. Every time I visit Panera Bread in Rocky Mount they are always out of stock of items or ingredients. When asked about the out of stock of food items, an employee shared the restaurant does not receive the items that were ordered. It also could be the restaurant is not ordering enough of the items. In order for this restaurant to be successful, the supply chain needs to improve where they can consistently receive items they need to operate as a business. This has been going on since the restaurant opened. It is unacceptable. Other Panera Bread stores, such as Wilson NC, always have the items offered on their menu.
I tried to use the app, but Panera doesn’t list drive thru as a Pick up option as more restaurants are doing. I went through drive thru. Ordering was fast and easy. I received exactly what I ordered. Everyone was very friendly. I forgot to ask if I could go through drive thru when selecting curbside on the app. Do any of you do that?
