Fast drive-thru service on a very busy day .
This McDonald's is quick, they get the orders right most of the time and if they don't they fix it no questions asked. My favorite rocky mount nc McDonald's by far.
Let me start by saying I like to plan as much as possible to have a pleasant experience when coming to McDonald's. What makes it happen in my opinion is the people who were working at the counter and the cooks handling your food. Let's be honest, it's a fast food restaurant and they are not in business to offer you fine dining, it's basically burgers, fries, and a drink.These days you hopefully are getting the fresh made recommendations of a quarter pounder. You get a couple of choices and they are hot and fresh. If you can get those fries piping hot then you got a nice meal. Yes, you will have a small wait but I'm always for quality vs quantity. With those new clam shell grills it's only a little over two minutes and the wait will be worth it.Take a load off from the stove at home and let these guys do the cooking. One thing I'm adding is we should all be washing our hands more and as usual McDonald's in my opinion is leading the way in making that easy. The faucets are touch less and even the soap can be dispensed with a wave under the spout. Nice forceful dryers mean no paper waste and lastly, the kicker added to the door means no hands on the handle. Stay safe.
We only got ice cream. It was already pretty melted when they gave it to us, but the whole place was very warm inside. It was actually kind of stuffy and hard to breathe.
High sanitation grade. Quick drive through. No complaints.
Typical McDonald's Restaurant. No problems. Service was fast and accurate. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
The kids love McDonald's. We ate inside the restaurant. All of our food was hot and delicious!
This place serves subpar food with subpar service. They messed up my order in Dec, before Christmas and I called back to the store. A female manager promised to replace it and "took down my name". Came back 1st week in January and they said they would not reported meal. They said I needed to know the day, the time of day, the manager I spoke too, what the meal was and I had to have come back within a week!I was penalized for not eating out more frequently and lied to by the staff who never took down my name. My husband already refuses to go to the store for numerous reasons. Now, as the one who predominantly shops for my family and two others, they will no longer have our money as well.Integrity, honesty and a standard continuity of food quality are not too much to ask.
Do not get the bacon quarter pounder. Bacon tasted terrible.
Went through drive thru at midnight, one hour before closing and ordered 3 triple cheeseburgers and a large drink and when I went to eat the burgers they were cold. What happened to fresh, hot and juicy food
