If I could give 0 stars I would! Let’s start off with the fries, cold, hard, and burnt. The mcchicken tasted like it’s been sitting for awhile. The slushie tasted like coffee. Then I guess he was the manager idk, had the audacity to tell me I had to pay .30 per sauce because I didn’t get nuggets. Paying extra for the sauce isn’t an issue, but when you want someone to order through the kiosk make sure prices are updated and correct. No where on the kiosk does it say .30 per sauce. It actually says 0.00 for sauce. It’s a condiment! Sad situation, I literally should’ve waited, and went to McDonalds in Nashville. I was headed that way anyway. NEVER AGAIN!
Stopped here for lunch. Went to the drive thru. No problems, typical McDonalds. Food was hot and good for what it is. Service was a little on the slow side. The staff was not very friendly or helpful.
This is pretty standard McDonald's. We used the drive through. Its was slow. Food was what you would expect.
So I made my order and when I got to pay I only receive one item of what I asked for, when I told the lady that took my order she replied back that she only got one item and didn't even bother on say wait I'll correct that she just roll her eyes and ignore the fact that just gave me not even half of what I asked for

Worst McDonald's on the East Coast. They never get your order correct, constantly get hard bread, or be missing items in the bag.Travel the few extra miles and visit a different one.
horrible customer service experience...staff kept demanding I use kiosk to order my happy meal...wasn't having any of their demands...slow service...need to rethink making customers use kiosk if they don't want to or are paying on cash anyways:-(
Ordered a huge curbside order and it was out in like 5 minutes!! They were on point!! Food was to be excepted, but the service was great!!
