there was an ANT IN MY DRINK!!!!!….I went there and ordered inside. I made my own drink, got in the car, and drove off. When i was about to put my straw in, i noticed a black thing floating around so i took the top off and it was an ANT! I called to let them know and the lady said “it might’ve come from your car”. It didnt because i had literally just got in the car and drove off. She offered, with an attitude, to let me come and remake it but why would i remake it when i KNOW the ant came from them….
This McDonald's never gets an order right, NEVER! they argue the customers wverytime I go in here about anything they don't want to do. I go across town to the sunset McDonald's and everything is perfect. It's sad this is my closest McDonald's considering I eat there everyday.
Came in tonight @9:50 the lady taking my order was so rude, she didn't tell me my total nor ring me out someone else had to. The whole time I'm at the window she was looking at me like she had an issue. She wasn't listening to what my order was. They called her tt
The customer service at this place is terrible. We sat in the drive through for the longest & we were the only car. The girl in the drive through window was rude and also every time I go there their frappe & ice cream machine is down. This happens at least 3 or more times a week. And if you go there for the night shift you can forget about getting anything in your order right and the customer service is even worse at night. And the frappe & ice cream machine seem to break down more at night too. I will be going out of my way to avoid going to this McDonald’s from now on. I would have given it zero stars if I could have
I'm not a big fan of McDonald but especially because people is always so rude they always treat you like they own the store but this one was nice so far was clean bathroom was clean the service nice..
February 19th 2022 the young lady on the window attitude news very awful.The shake machine was down which online said its up and running. It seems you can change prices but can't update other parts of the site.I thought the Feds had these people under investigation. Sounds like one needs to be done here. I rather for the place to close them to deal with that.The food was thrown in the bag no straws , no nackins.
Employees were nice n friendly but went there for my birthday and ordered a fish n the bread was so hard it was a waste of money didn't return it bc the line was so long n the dine in section was closed so I had to eat a hard crunchy fish sandwich for my birthday
I must say. The food was fresh and tasteful. The restaurant was clean.
Your average McDonalds, double fish sandwich was good!
Typically the worst service for fast food....and they want 15.00 dollars an hr. Omg.For instance this was my read back at the drive through...that was a dbl CB and all that other stuff...that's word for word.
