They don't even check to see if they got your order right.
I understand that customer service is not the easiest job in the world however if you completely disrespect someone as soon as they step up to your register just because you don't want to be at work that is completely unacceptable. Thanks. Just trying to place an order at the drive-thru this morning made me leave. This may have just been a bad day for the worker but it started to transfer to a bad day for me and that is not okay. Then when I called in to speak to a manager the phone was disconnected or at least the number that Google provided.
Got off work late at 11 pm, haven't eaten in 6 hours and 18 minutes. ? Unbelievably I was told they only had chicken,nuggets fries and drinks ??♀️. Like, literally, I COULD NOT GET A FREAKING BURGER! YOU HAVE NO BURGERS!
I would give zero stars if I could. I have been to this location three times in the last two weeks to get a chocolate milkshake. Each and every time I am told that the shake machine is down and each time I go across the street to the Hardee’s. Where the shake machine is working each and every time.
This place is the worse place to go. I waited for 20 minutes. They got my order 3 times and when i got home they eat my food. There are teeth marks in my sandwich! Definitely not coming back. Worse place

The cashier, manager and other workers provided excellent service! After waiting for my food the girl placed the bag in my hand and i walked away! Im thinking this bag is too heavy for my order....i stepped outside looked ...it was the guy in lines order ...as i brought it back the girl who gave it to me says "what did you take it for"? She gave me the bag and i brought it back, i could've took it and kept going but i felt it was the rite thing to do! Outside of that my food was fresh and hot and the rest of the service was good! If not for the snotty girl that gave me the wrong bag 5 stars
Service was not great need better workers who has patience
Ordered through the app and received cold food after waiting for over 15 mins! All because they said the lobby was closed and didn’t know I was out there, even though I checked in on the app. They gave me regular meat instead of quarter pounder meat, a apple pie instead of a strawberry crème pie and I didn’t receive any of the sauces I had ordered! My WHOLE entire order was wrong… except the sweet tea. That’s the only thing they got right!
Don't know why all mcdonalds can't put accurate info on their website. They all have open and closed times on their sites and not a single store adheres to it. This particular store says 24 hours and drive over there at 230 am and closed. All the stores open and close when they feel like it and not what they state.
